really makes you wonder about all the other Rival Reps on this board and where the heck they have been...

they probably are all jailed by now...lol

nope not jailed but I am probably going to be off for about a week so hopefully everyone understands. I have 2 funerals to attend and family comes first. For payments CSR and accounting are working overtime to get this taken care of asap. I am very sorry for all of this but I wish I could do the payments out of my own pocket but that might put me in jail on it's own but won't go there.

Simon Says jsut paid me

The title says it all, just got my 2 withdrawls from SS. I'm sure everyone that's been waiting will get paid, it's just gonna take some time.

Casino Payouts

:thumbsup:I am beginning to think that all the on line casinos are running one hell of a scam. There is no way all these casinos can be that tight all at once.Your not alone and I intend to stay away from these casino's till they decide to be honest and start paying out there due.Maybe we all should just protest them.THEN SEE HOW MUCH MONEY THEY MAKE

my thoughts as well..... and though i think it's great that you are trying to address everything for all the rivals, please take a break and let the other managers help out a little. my best wishes to you.

Hi everyone,

I know John has his family issues to attend to right now so if any of you have specific concerns I can help you with, PM me and I'll look into them for you. That said, I don't know any more than what John has reported regarding payment delays. I was informed that this month there might be some player withdrawal delays due to tech issues but I also know that Rival is working hard to get them sorted out asap. Thats the extent of my knowlege regarding this. What I can guarentee though, is that everyone who has a withdrawal pending at the two casinos I represent: Paradise 8 and Cocoa Casino, due to this problem will get paid, it just might take a little longer than usual this month.

If you have any specific questions regarding the casinos not related to withdrawal delays feel free to private message me here as well and I'll help you out the best I can. I have confidence that this slow payment processing issue will be resolved soon.

Hi Everyone,

Please let me first apologize for my delayed response. I have just been alerted to this thread and would like to update everyone on the situation.

As Jason said, we were having techincal difficulties over the past few weeks. This situation is being taken very seriously and will be rectified shortly. I realize how frustrating it can be having to wait too long for a cashout and I apologize for that.

I would like anyone who is waiting on a Simon Says withdrawal to know that you will definitely be paid. There has never been an issue of non payment since inception and it will stay that way. We are still having issues with ACH but as of this morning I heard that things will be back up and running smoothly this week.

Anyone who is waiting on a Simon Says withdrawal, can you please PM me your account details and I will look into it asap.

Again, I sincerely apologize for the delay.

Kind Regards,
Kendra

Kendra, first off...thanks for responding here, I hope you don't take offense to me asking you this question but it sure does seem awfully strange that there is never any "Technical Issues" with accepting our deposits but when it comes to cashing out there have already been at least three occurrences of this "Technical Issue" so far this year and April is not even over with yet...why does it always seem to work fine on the incoming money but then the system seems to break down on the outgoing money ???

Hi RobWin,

No offense taken, it is a very valid question. To be honest, I do not exactly know how to answer your questions because I do not know what the issues are. I only get very vague replies with a timeline of a remedy without any explanation.

I really do apologize for the delays. Again, I would love to get a PM from players with their details so I can try to speeden things up for them.

Kind Regards,
Kendra

Heidi Sue, you mean you have cash in hand?

Got my cashout from Simon Says today, requested on March 14th. Just so everyone knows. I guess the money is coming, we just have to keep waiting.

I am so sad. Even if I get my money, I will not play in a Rival Casino again until they loosen them up. I used to be able to actually make a little profit, not much, but enough to keep playing, and when I didn't win, deposit some more. But when you spin until your dizzy and never win ANYTHING, and when you get a bonus, you don't win ANYTHING, something is WRONG. It only makes sense to let people win consistently, even if it is small amounts, just to keep them hoping. But this is absurd. It is really heartbreaking. I have an Inidan casino about an hour from here, and altho I never have won much, at least I don't spend much and can have a day of fun, and if I do win a little it is in my hand immediately. I'm so tired of seeing all the other fun games at casinos that don't take Americans. Thank you GWB! I think with a dem for president things will change, but with the economy the way it is right now, and gas prices, and food prices and insurance prices and taxes and poverty and homelessness, being allowed to gamble online legally is not way high up on the priority list!

I'm disgusted by this. March 25 requested withdrawal, website has always said "ACH transfers take between 10-15 days." Not "business days", just "days". I was upset when I was told on 3/26 in chat and 3/27 by Kendra that it would be 10-15 "business days", because that meant almost an extra week to wait, but OK, I'll wait.

Now it's been over a month and I get message that they still don't know when it'll be paid. Was told last week that I'd be "one of the first to get paid" and now I find some folks have been paid a week ago, and they still have no idea when I'll be paid.

Guess there won't be any more Simon Says for me. Heck, I might close my accounts at all the Rivals over this.

Have any of you been paid by these incompetents? Anyone know who this mysterious "processing company" is, and how to contact them? Anyone know how long it takes the "processing company" to send the ACH once it's been "sent" to them from SimonSaysWe'llPaySomeDayWhenWeGetAroundToIt Casino?

Regards,

MaddMattG

I hope that you get your withdrawal shortly. Please keep me updated and let me know in a few days either way.

Again, I realize how frustrating this is. I really do apologize for the inconvnience. Please let me know in a few days.

Even though Kendra hasnt made any friends yet this does not mean that she is not respected here. In fact, she does contribute much to this forum through addressing players' concerns.

The more amusing part is that over the past 2 weeks many players have gotten paid through different payment methods. That should have meant that the processors were working fine but then there are many players still to be paid. So what exactly is the problem with Rival. Processors that differentiate players and decide who to pay first?

I didn't really mean that to be rude, maybe came off wrong - was meant as a bit of humor at end of a bitchy (I admit that) post.

Not going to "make friends" with the half-answers I've been getting from her. Publicly, there are posts that folks will be paid and soon, and she does genuinely seem to care about problems. But, in PMs it's more of the same - "I'll check today and let you know" followed by no answer, till I PM again a day later. Then the "we don't know when" stuff, it upsets me.

I really don't see why they can't figure out how to do this. If they can't get the ACH done, they should have changed to mailing a check (not now, but weeks and weeks ago when they first knew of the problem) or to Western Union or MoneyGram. Last year, I had a 1500 withdrawal from Grand Hotel, and they emailed me a week later that there was a "processor problem" so did I mind a check? I said, please send it by check, and two days later I got a check in the mail, cashed it and was happy.

Really, not so much Kendra but SSC is NOT going to "make friends" when they treat people like this. Promising "you'll be one of the first" and then a week or more later "I don't know when" even though some have been paid - it upsets me.

I do apologize for any perceived rudeness though, I'm just so darned angry over this I could spit. But if I spit, my wife will yell at me so I bitched instead.

SS was over for me months ago. The person at live chat was so damn stupid and inflexible that I felt disgusted and closed my account right away. At that time I was sure that Kendra would have it solved for me but I was sick and tired of Pming the reps to get something done. The fact is the Rival casinos only have the layer of managers who do a fine job and then the rest is crap. Recently, I discovered a number of technical errors on the slots but never got a decent reply as to why they occurred and how they could be rectified. It seems there is still a long way to go before the software can be compared favorably with the leaders in this field.

Hi Everyone,

As you have seen through the private messages that I have sent to MaddMatt (not that it matters but they probably should have remained private), ACH payments are now being processed. There was a problem with Processing payments but this has now been fixed and all payments will be going out this week if they havent already. For ACH, once payments leave our hands and go to the Processing Dept, there is nothing else we can do to make sure they make it to the player any faster.

Just a reminder that I am only the Affiliate Manager. I do my best to try and get the information requested of me but I am not privy to a lot of what happens behind the scenes.

As I said before, if anyone else is having any issues please PM me with your username and I will look into it for you. MaddMatt, I have sent another email requesting additional information on your withdrawal. I asked for specifics so hopefully thats what they give me. I am not holding any information back from you but I can only tell you what they tell me.

Kind Regards,
Kendra

The latest word that I've heard on this is that all overdue payments have been or will be processed within the week.

Matt, I can understand your frustration but you should take into account that delays (usually) aren't personal and everyone wants to get their cash "first".

I suggest we give Kendra and the Simon gang the benefit of the doubt and see what this week yields. If things are looking good by week's end, great! If not then ... well, let's wait and see.
