Hi all

Well I have played at Jackpot Factory before and not had this issue with All Jackpots and All Slots. But today I signed up with Wild Jack and they auto added a welcome bonus. Now every other casino I've played at has removed the bonus if asked. I just asked and they wouldn't remove it. Yep it's in their t&c's but since I've not had this as said with their other casinos I didn't check. I made the natural assumption that the t&c's would be the same across all their casinos.

Not so!!!! They refuse to remove it so I am stuck having put in $225 with a $200 bonus at high wagering requirements... 30x ...so I suppose I may as well kiss my deposit goodbye (unless I'm extremely lucky... what are the odds lol).

Clear play bonus? I think not. I find it outrageous that a first time player should be held to ransom in this way.... or any player for that matter. It's theft as far as I'm concerned! Not giving the player the choice of having the bonus or not!

Yep I should have read their t&c's more closely but as outlined above I've not come across this with their other casinos.

I've kept the chat if anyone is interested.

Check out All Slots Casino review.

AFAIK it is a standard of Accreditation here that casinos MUST remove ANY bonus upon request UNLESS any play has already taken place.

Stand your ground, and contact the rep via PM.

Importantly....DO NOT PLAY until it is resolved, or you are toast.

You could submit a PAB, but in my experience, their rep will take care of it pretty quickly.

From what I've recently gathered Wild Jack is no longer part of the Jackpot Factory group, or at least is acting as if they aren't. The JF reps simply are not responding to Wild Jack issues, so ...

Feel free to file a PAB on this, starting with the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ. Any (possible) restrictions on the PAB will be waived so that I can get to this ASAP.

There's nothing I can do I suppose. But am posting this to warn players who are new to this casino...

DON'T play at Wild jack if you aren't willing to accept their welcome 100% bonus and then have to play it through 30X!

Their affiliate website Brightshare says they are?

Yeah, well if they still are then the reps are going to get their knuckles rapped for being AWOL on Wild Jack issues. I've been trying to move a Wild Jack PAB forward with them for a rather long time now, they've been as helpful as spare tits on a bull.

Either way, please do the PAB if you can manage it. FWIW your "One Free Shot" -- that's a PAB thing, don't worry if you're not familiar with it -- will remain intact over and above this Wild Jack PAB, just remind me of this situation if and when the time comes.

Well I submitted it. Thx Max.

Nifty if I played it was only a dollar or 2. I was mid stream playing a slot when I noticed my balance changed but I hadn't won anything .... but since I'm pretty observant then it was a spin or 2 max!

Again it's a sneaky tactic if they don't let you know via a pop-up as others do.

You're a trooper thanks Max! It's so nice to know that I'm being supported here.

As you say... let's see what these buggers are doing. If they aren't associated with Brightshare aka Jackpot Factory then it needs to be known.

Ahhh...right-O.

Sorry Max

Indeed it does! And if they still are part of JF then WTF are the reps up to that they can't respond to issues? Seriously, if WJ is still JF then JF needs a good kick in the arse. My WJ PAB has been on ice for almost two months now because NO ONE is responding, not JF and not WJ. It's a bloody disgrace! You'd think these guys were some bush league rogues the way they are behaving.

Grrr!

Can I ask... what's the best I can hope for? To get my money back?

There must be some sort of body that these issues go to? eGogra... microgaming?

To be perfectly honest even All Jackpots and All Slots has been weak of late. There websites and their download software looks crummy and old compared to others. So it wouldn't surprise me if this just the first of the end of the Jackpot Group.

Sorry if I keep adding to the thread but I've also noticed there is no live chat support in the contact area of the lobby.... unless u go into banking... oh and lo... there it is!

And so I went into chat via banking and here is the transcript

You are now chatting with Lisa
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lisa: Hi, I'm Lisa from Live Chat support, how may I assist you?

Me: yeh hi lisa... can I confirm that wild jack is a part of the jackpot factory

Me: and also a part of brightshare affiliates

Lisa: No it's not part of Jackpot Factory. It is licensed in Malta.

Me: thank you

You will notice that on each of the casinos they are no longer saying they are apart of Jackpot Factory but in fact Nexigames Ltd, the site is here
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
. Yet they are still listed on the Jackpot Factory website.

I am guessing they have been sold off.

I am guessing they have been sold off.

Yeah, that was my guess too but there's no official confirmation of that yet. If it's true then I'm going to recommend to Bryan that they be de-listed from the Accredited section ASAP. The way things are going they're headed straight for the Pit.

and so as said... there's my money down the crapper!

When on a pension ... I have severe epilepsy... then its hard to lose that in one hit :((((

If they haven't it looks like they are being very slack.

I don't think many casinos like to tell others they have changed owners or been moved on so they can continue to piggy back off the reputation that was once there, until someone clues on and speaks up anyway.

well maybe that was me this time matt... sux tho hey...

But money aside am glad I brought this to everyone's attention. If it stops someone else being ripped then I've done a good thing today!

To say the least! Either way some house-cleaning is required here, we'll get this ironed out over the next few days.

Maybe yes, maybe no. Let's see if Wild Jack is still in the game. If not they're on the fast track to the sh*t list.

I've tweaked the thread title just a touch to make it perfectly clear what's a stake here. ;)

FWIW an automated email response from WJ confirms that their licensing jurisdiction is now (?) Malta. Sorry to say but that does not bode well: Malta is basically a sink-hole when it comes to player issues. Might as well be talking to the dark side of the moon for all the good it does.

Yep but with how many of thousands of players money in the meantime?

As asked... can't these issues be reported to mircogaming? or ecogra?

As attached the chat rep Lisa already said they aren't part of Jackpot Factory. Isn't that an infringement in itself? To not inform all concerned that you are no longer associated with a company ....or to represent your company as being part of another when it isn't so?

... or ecogra?

WJ is still listed at eCOGRA so yes, that's available if you want to go that route. Please keep in mind though that once you file at eCOGRA the casino will almost certainly come back to us and say "can't talk to you, issue is being decided by eCOGRA". Too many casinos use this as a PAB dodge if you ask me so my advice would be to wait and see what happens with the PAB before getting eCOGRA involved, especially since the PAB has already been filed and submitted to the casino.

And not to worry, I'll be pressing this hard because of the Accreditation issue, there won't be undue delays here. Either they step up promptly on this or the shit will start hitting the fan. In this case that means probable Accreditation de-listing -- and soon! -- followed by PABs gone sour which will result in Casinomeister Warnings and possible Pit listing. These guys have everything to lose here so ... we'll see what we see.
