What's going on at Atlantic Lounge?

Only if Pina gets to change my password if we're near a computer:p

LMFAO..... consider it done.

Oh, and I'm not sure if Jinnia drinks or not, so I may have to have her share as well. Pity.

Wow I had no idea this would go this far - I really appreciate all the sleuthing everyone is doing. I'm still not getting anywhere with chat or email...is there anything else I can do to help?

Deb....please call Mary at their customer support line and email Tom at tomdavis@atlanticlounge.com and Jamie at jamie@atlanticlounge.com. Mary is answering the phone and the emails are not bouncing. Tell them you want Tom to call you. Keep a receipt of any live chats.

The only missing link to all of this is who are these support people. If we could uncover that, we could more than likely get something done!

That Waterfront address is in my 'backyard' so I'll see what can be done during office hours tomorrow.

In the meantime, the Blue Star Commerce Limited company lists 4 activities:

Software - RTG

HGS Gaming Support - Support

Growthonline Solutions - Marketing

True Earnings - Affiliate program

Oh, what a tangled web we weave.....

Well, it has happened. it looks like customer support for Atlantic Lounge has also declared "GAME OVER". They couldn't take the heat. I just tried calling, I got a weird recording which sounds to me like he number is ready to disconnect. If anyone out there can try it, let me know what happens. It may be my phone:eek: Also, live chat will only allow an email now...no live chat operator. Maybe I am jumping the gun, but I spoke to Mary today to see if I could reach Tom and she was incredabily nervous.

My last post for the day. I will give trying to get my $1450 the rest of this week and then I guess I need to move on. I did just contact by email all of there money processing companies. I seriously believe that deposits into this casino need to be stopped until this mess is fixed (if ever). i wish there was some way we could find what company the cracker jack support team works for. Any suggestions. I'll try anything!

Called Sunrock Marketing at that Cape Town number and after protracted ringing it was finally answered by machine, announcing that "Jamie St. John" wasn't available and to leave a message.

Perhaps unsurprisingly he has not returned my call after I left a message asking him to comment on the Atlantic Lounge debacle.

This was posted on CAP this morning:

True Earnings Certification Suspended

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It is with extreme regret CAP is suspending the certification of True Earnings.

The following outstanding issues have forced us to take this position:

1. Numerous unresolved payment problems among players.
2. Numeorus unresolved payment problems with affiliates.
3. Failure to communicate by management team.

Until these issues are resolved to our satisfaction the certification of True Earnings is suspended.

We advise all affiliates to cease promotion of Atlantic Lounge Casino immediately.

It is still very unsettling that Atlantic Lounge is still (as of now) still taking in deposits, and running crawlers for daily promotions. This Jamie whoever he is seems to be thumbing his nose at everyone!
BTW: Their Support team works under the LivePerson brand. I did email them at abuse@liveperson.com

well it figures - I played at Atlantic Lounge for a long time with no wins - I finally get something I can cash out and the darned casino folds. Just my luck!

Casino hasn't folded yet. It is still taking in money and running daily promotions. Customer support is still answering the phone. Talked to mary twice today to see if "TOM" could call me. Still no word from Jamie or whoever he is. Who knows, I am not giving up the fight just yet!:D

Vixen on The Winning Streak forum just posted that the owners of Atlantic Lounge have abandoned the casino. Do we know this for sure?

debzy

In the for what it's worth department...

Mary: Thanks for contacting us. What can I do for you?
Deborah: Hi Mary, I just read on a forum that the owners of Atlantic Lounge have abandoned the casino...that's not true, is it?
Mary: we have a delay with pay outs
Deborah: I understand that, but why are they saying that the casino has been abandoned?
Mary: and right now we aren't able to pay
Deborah: and how long do you think this will last?
Mary: at least 2 weeks
Deborah: but you think in 2 weeks it'll be resolved?
Mary: yes
Deborah: okay thank you very much for the info
Mary: You're welcome

I just did a live chat with Mary as well.

Welcome and thanks for reaching us! An operator will be with you shortly. Feel free to browse our website for GREAT PROMOS & OFFERS! Thank you for waiting.
You are now chatting with Mary.
Mary: Thanks for contacting us. What can I do for you?
Patty: Word in the forums is that we may get paid in 2 weeks. Has Jamie been located? How would you know this information?Mary: I dont know
Mary: that is new to me
Patty: Well, the forum news actually came from you. You told someone that it would be 2 weeks. The chat was posted on the forum
Patty: Mary, is Tom ever going to call me?
Patty: Mary, are you still there?
Patty: Mary?????
Patty: I guess this is the latest tactic, just don't answer and hope we go away. I would like to see how patient you or Tom or anyone else would be if someone promised to pay you over $1000 and then got lost! Thank you for your time!

This is getting tiresome. I have exhausted all of my resourses. I have posted here and at other forums. I have contacted all of his payment processors. I have emailed abuse at Liveperson (The live chat brand) I have emailed jamie and Tom a kazillion times. I tried to email RTG, Trueearnings, and BlueStar Commerce and Jamies's other places of employment. I have left messages on Jamie's phone. And of course, contacted their crackerjack support team a bazillion times.
I just hate to see people get so ripped off. This casino is still 100% operational with daily promotion crawlers, and the ability to take in money.

Has anyone ever had any success when a casino goes so criminal in seeing justice?:

Just curious.........

It's been said time and time again that their CSR's are outsourced....You're not going to get any answer from them about payments. Even if they did say you were going to get paid and/or when, they'd be lying to you.

I'm sure there's many many other people asking them this question that they don't have the answer to, and are just telling everyone what they want to hear just to get them off their backs ;)

They'll stop taking payments soon enough. Want to know when? When their licensing fees are due to RTG and they aren't paid......that's assuming this Jamie guy is truly missing.

CASINO CAUTIONS

Atlantic Lounge situation deteriorates

Last week we reported on the apparently serious decline in the fortunes of RTG powered Atlantic Lounge Casino, evidenced by the growing number of player complaints regarding slow and no pays, ridiculous excuses, unresponsiveness, affiliate payment problems and a management that is to say the least elusive.

The fact that this operation continues to take deposits when it is becoming all too clear that there is a problem in paying winners exacerbates an already bad situation, and this week led to Atlantic Lounge being rogued at Casinomeister.com and its affiliate program suspended at Casino Affiliate Programs.

The silence from RealTime Gaming as the software provider for this troubled operation is damning, too.

Whilst all this was going on the international player community was doing some digging of its own on the alleged owner of the operation, one "Jamie St. John" who has subsequently been identified through domain searches and corporate links as a South African named Jamie Lindsay-Bowman.

Atlantic Lounge appears to be part of a complex web of corporate interests stretching as far afield as Costa Rica and the UK that includes Blue Star Commerce Limited, HGS Gaming Services, Growthonline Solutions, True Earnings and Sunrock Marketing.

It appears that the next foray into the online gambling industry involves the imminent launch of another RTG powered online casino branded Sands Avenue Casino.

Given the difficulties players are encountering with other parts of this organisation, they would be well advised to exercise caution when invited to play at this new venue.

You're right. Calling CS is useless. I just wish they would terminate the contract with AL. Perhaps people would not play that Casino if they saw there was not a customer support team. I am, more than likely, beating a dead horse here. This casino looks like it will fold and no one gets paid.....customers, affiliates, CS etc. Oh well, lesson learned:oops:

A ray of hope

:)I just spoke to Steve at CS at Atlantic Lounge. He said that although there has not been OFFICIAL word from management, he was informed yesterday that payouts should be resuming this week. Yes, I understand that CS is tired of all this and will more than likely tell us what we want to hear, but his tone was much different than it has been over the last couple of weeks.....hey, I'll hold on to anything at this point!

No way not ever

Well, they owe me $1000 and I dont care if it takes a year or more Im not giving up. They sure didnt have any qualms about taking my deposits out of my checking account and I will hound them til I get paid! If this criminal has enough money to start another RTG casino then he certainly has the money to pay me. I also wrote to his payment processors and I am still trying to find out who processes his VISA/Mastercard. I just bet that if he isnt able to collect his money he'll probably come out of hiding...hoping anyway!;)

Drop them and all associated casinos.

As an affiliate I find the answer simple: Drop them and all their associates (guilty or not). If affiliates stop promoting them their income will soon dry up. I removed all links to these rouges as soon as I heard what was going on.

Tired of being screwed when not in the mood. :xxx

Jamie has resurfaced

Latest news from Customer Support. Jamie St John-Jamie Lindsay Bowman-Edward Lindsay Bowman ETC has apparently come out of hiding according to CS today. He contacted Tom Davis (casino manager) and is "going" to call all players next week regarding a time frame as to when payouts will happen.
We shall see. Just wanted to keep everyone updated on any info I have.
If anyone has any other information regarding this news, please post.

Thanks

Good News

Hi
Today I called the tel no. of Jamie St John listed in this thread. He answered. He apologized. He processed my withdraw within 10 minutes (to my click2pay, not bank wire). He gave me a 20% extra ($600 instead of $500) He said he owes 5 winners $ and he will pay this week (with the 20% bonus as an apology). When I opened my AL acct, I have a free $25 chip.
I know you all need this good news. I wish you the best.
Eve

I received an email from Tom Davis on Friday that my withdrawal would be sent (hopefully Western Union) He said he would update me on Tuesday. Jamie giving back 20% is certainly a step in the right direction. I will post tomorrow as to the outcome.:)
