Resolved PlayOjo, waiting on funds

i Recent requested a large withdraw from playojo and am aware usually you have to verify your documents before you get your funds. however it’s been over 24 hours and i’m yet to receive my funds or even an email telling me to upload my documents. and on the playojo i app under the upload documents it’s says there is no need to upload your documents as they are up to date, but i have never uploaded them. i sent an email to them about my situation and still haven’t received an explanation

i got my funds earlier today. i didn’t need to verify anything. it was all fine, just odd how apparently my documents was already verified when i have never sent anything
Maybe they simply did a soft check on your credit score or something (digital verification), as you most likely haven't reached the KYC threshold yet. Happy it got resolved either way!

Hi just wondering how long it took to sort this issue?as I’m having trouble with a withdrawal and my email is being ignored by play ojo
 
Hi how long did you have to wait as iv tried today to withdraw and it still hasn't been sorted but in the past when iv won its gone in straight away so getting worried now as its a nice win and waiting to withdraw my other money too but won't let me as I have 1 pending also saying I don't need to verify nothing as iv already done this
 
I'm also having issues with them, no proper 24/7 live chat for people who are unable to log-in or gain access to accounts, so therefore you are forced to email which on average takes 12-24 hours for a response via email, then you have to wait for them to ask security questions which takes an additional 24 hours, then a further 1 - 3 days for the account to be reviewed and come up with a resolution. Where as this would take less than 5 minutes via a proper live chat. Purely only allowing live chat access to players logged in should go very much go against this casino, maybe somebody new wants to register and ask a few questions but it seems PlayOJO simply arn't bothered.
