Playojo issues - having a hard time trying to withdraw

Hi, has anyone else having a hard time trying to withdraw?? I have sent every document possible to verify myself, in fact I sent more than what they have asked for so I am completely covered!! Customer service doesn’t exist and according to the bot chat they need a copy of my bank card which I have sent twice!! It’s an absolute nightmare trying to talk with anyone! I completely understand documentation is needed but I have never had such a hard time sending documents than I have with Playojo!
