Weird Issue at VideoSlots With BOR 6 Bonus

I played a session on a bunch of different games at VS on the 6th of December, including the normal BOR Deluxe version and all seemed fine.

Then I triggered free spins and won like 150x during the bonus round, all seemed OK, but after the "Feature Win" screen the bonus winnings were deducted back from my credits again - so basically the bonus round was canceled it would appear.

I went on to the customer support chat while continuing on autoplay when I triggered another feature. This time I managed to get a screenshot of it. The fact that none of the BOR 6 play shows up in my history is also pretty scary. Customer support told me they will look into it, but 2 weeks and nada.

Anyone has had anything like this happen to them? Is there a rep on the forum that can help escalate the issue? I'm missing like 3k EUR... It should be pretty easy to check the game round number and find the issue?

You sure you are allowed to be 6euros a spin under bonus? (Ignore if this was a cash-only play session). If no bonus restrictions, then a clear error.

Actually, forget the above, as VS would prevent the bet anyway if it breached bonus. So must be an error, which is worrying.

No bonus, just raw cash. Played the same game on Energy Casino within 15mins and the bonus round winnings were credited right away.

Have support gave any updates or anything, like they are waiting for Novomatic to get back to them or anything?

No, just "you will get an e-mail when the investigation will be finished". Bit annoyed that it's taking more than 2 weeks now. Should be a rather simple matter given that I even have the affected spin number.
