So this is directed to the @Team.Videoslots @Mr Wild ; Hoping one of you have the skills to jump in and help resolve.
I have a couple of issues setting up my withdrawals correctly -
1. You have Interac as a deposit method ; but not as a withdrawal method
- Your normal support team has informed me i need to clear my cache and history and check again.(does not install much confidence with a solid solution!)
- Gigadat (Who look after Interac and eCashout) Have informed me that VS only has eCashout for withdrawals.
Q - Can we look into withdrawal via the Interac process ??
2. Recently I have only been using Apple Pay for deposits.
- But I was not able to withdraw it was stating one of three reasons why i could not process a withdrawal (note none of the three points relate to my account , and I have confirmed that.
- I was told again I need to clear my cache to fix (sigh)
- I was then told , it’s Apple Pay’s fault (Double sigh, Apple pay has access to your verification system ?? lol)
As ridiculous as this sounded I still went to Apple and double checked my Apple pay account and nothing wrong with it
- Added to the fact my deposits work fine
- I requested you copy the profile of another Apple Pay user and clone the same set up on your back end so it works
My guess you have not fully set up my profile
- As I have now asked a few times (I guess too many times ) I was told just to use another withdrawal method…..
- My concerns with this is I am blatantly breaking the terms 3.10 ; why are some rules ok to break according to your support ?? As my pay in was Apple Pay
“3.10. Player withdrawal of funds are performed through the same method as deposit. By way of example, if a Player deposits with Skrill, a withdrawal shall be made to the same Skrill account. Except in the case of winnings in excess of €30,000.00, in that case clause 2.15. herein shall apply”
Note - Final outcome I would like being able to withdraw via interac and Apple Pay
