ATTN: Casino Rep Videoslots - Issue with Withdrawal Method -

So this is directed to the @Team.Videoslots @Mr Wild ; Hoping one of you have the skills to jump in and help resolve.

I have a couple of issues setting up my withdrawals correctly -

1. You have Interac as a deposit method ; but not as a withdrawal method

- Your normal support team has informed me i need to clear my cache and history and check again.(does not install much confidence with a solid solution!)

- Gigadat (Who look after Interac and eCashout) Have informed me that VS only has eCashout for withdrawals.

Q - Can we look into withdrawal via the Interac process ??

2. Recently I have only been using Apple Pay for deposits.

- But I was not able to withdraw it was stating one of three reasons why i could not process a withdrawal (note none of the three points relate to my account , and I have confirmed that.

- I was told again I need to clear my cache to fix (sigh)
- I was then told , it’s Apple Pay’s fault (Double sigh, Apple pay has access to your verification system ?? lol)
As ridiculous as this sounded I still went to Apple and double checked my Apple pay account and nothing wrong with it

- Added to the fact my deposits work fine

- I requested you copy the profile of another Apple Pay user and clone the same set up on your back end so it works
My guess you have not fully set up my profile

- As I have now asked a few times (I guess too many times ) I was told just to use another withdrawal method…..

- My concerns with this is I am blatantly breaking the terms 3.10 ; why are some rules ok to break according to your support ?? As my pay in was Apple Pay

3.10. Player withdrawal of funds are performed through the same method as deposit. By way of example, if a Player deposits with Skrill, a withdrawal shall be made to the same Skrill account. Except in the case of winnings in excess of €30,000.00, in that case clause 2.15. herein shall apply”


Note - Final outcome I would like being able to withdraw via interac and Apple Pay

I'm sorry to hear that you've been facing issues with making withdrawals from our casino, and confusion you have experienced with the customer support.

Not all payment methods are not available for both withdrawals and deposits, and we do not offer Interact for withdrawals, unfortunately.

There are alternative methods available for withdrawal, and while the terms you list here suggests that you can only withdraw the same method used for deposits, this is not always possible, and alternative methods than your FIFO (first in, first out) may have to be used instead.
We will not consider such withdrawals as a breach of the terms and conditions, and it does not incur any negative consequences for your account.

In relation to the ApplyPay withdrawal issues you're facing. This is certainly something we want to look further into, as I do not believe you shouldn't be possible for you to use this method, but you may need to make use of an alternative method while it is ongoing.
I've internally raised the matter of your ApplyPay withdrawal issues, and we will reach out with an update as soon as we have one.

So

1. You may want to tell your support team that clearing. my cache won’t give me a service you are not signed up for

- Side note can you look into interac withdraws in the future ? (both gigadat)

2. Can you clarify the Apple pay as too many negatives and double negatives to hurt my brain


This is certainly something we want to look further into, as I do not believe you shouldn't be possible for you to use this method,
