See this is exactly why people don't like or refuse to complete SoW requests.
She told you she would not be supplying the documents, your (as in Videoslots) response was, yes you will or you won't get paid.
If you can't be trusted to tell the truth in responses such as in this case, then how can anyone trust you to deal with the documentation properly. You fail at simple requests, it stands to reason you will fail at more complicated ones.

Even if I wanted to supply the info. I would have to get my partner to agree to releasing our financial papers cuz we are tied to them jointly. That will never happen.

when Dan was around I filled out a SOW. It was quite simple. And was accepted. I answered a few questions. That was it.

I have played at VS since they opened. I do not play anywhere else. very rarely, I have been looking these last few months for another casino to play at because of the rtp here. I am high up on the bonus wheel scale. And I am disappointed and shocked at the treatment I am getting after all this time.

It’s been a nice ride. Some years were good. Some years were bad. This past year was a bad one at VS. As much as it pains me because bad habits die hard but we will be going our separate ways.

I will have to figure out what the next steps will be with VS. regarding my withdrawal/deposits.

just a note: have no illusions, progressing to the bigger wheels means nothing at VS
 
Check your verifications folks @Videoslots had a file corruption and everything that wasnt backed up will need to be verified again.
Our database got corrupted so some of the files that were not backed up needed to be asked again :/ No ideal at all but if you can send us the paypal screenshot again we can verify it and you get 25 freespins to compensate for the trouble.
 
Speaking of corrupted, Anyone else that keeps losing connection while playing on chrome and videoslots, I keep losing server connection to slots and have to keep always trying to troubleshoot my wifi.
 
LOL now they blocked my account as well, and that in spite of sending documents that I think are sufficient for SOW - and clearly declining to give anything else. The funny thing is the same customer service that always seemed to be competent has no answers at all - @Team.Videoslots

If you have refused to give anything else, and they want more, then blocking the account is the right thing to do.
 
well thats my money down the drain lol thanks for not letting me withdraw, 24 hrs to verify paypal... still not done all i got was thats unfortunate sorry.

they have not closed my account.
i received my weekend booster. i played it recklessly knowing it would be futile to try and play it safe and try and win something...
 
What an absolute farce. So let’s say I have decided to give up gambling. I’ve had enough and am going to walk away but have a balance in my account. I will not be allowed to withdraw this until I produce docs I may not wish to provide about a SOW that is irrelevant unless I want to deposit to play, yet that is the thing that is still allowed?!

Whoever ruled on this is an arse as it’s borderline extortion.
 
It's a ridiculous catch-22 situation isn't it? Whoever made those rules obviously didn't run through all the possible scenarios that could happen. You can't really blame VS; they're just following the rules and who can blame them with the sort of fines that get handed out in the current climate?

The only suggestion I have is to find someone you trust to do some 2-player battles with and deliberately lose to them (let the battles time-out or something) and then get them to send you the money. You'll lose the 10% entry fee/rake or whatever it is but at least you'll get most of your money, which is a lot better than nothing.

It does seen a bit daft the lengths you have to go to sometimes but that's the UKGC for you - determined to impose stupid rules without thinking them through or considering the wider implications.

8 1/2 months to go until autoplay is no more :( Thanks a fucking bunch, UKGC.

Although I'm a lowroller, I've had exceptional luck at VS since the summer, several four-digit withdrawals put me well in the + after 5 years or so semi-consistent play. I haven't been SOW'd though. Is it because of my small deposits? Can't help but feel that the SOW is around the corner, lol.
