Hi all,

@CongoGB -- The last trophy 'has' to work differently as you can reset the trophies after. It could cause some problems otherwise.
@sapit222 -- Currently, you cannot change your payment method if it's set to Paypal, unfortunately.
@09237653 -- We have reached out to the provider to see what we can do.

Have a nice day.

Best regards,
Team Videoslots

Hi @09237653,

Thunderkick (along with several other providers) has implemented the UKGC's new game recommendations. These changes are here to stay -- sorry for any inconvenience. You can find more information here:

@sapit222 -- I will give you some good news via email asap. Bear with us!

I see, so now in the UK slots will always stop autoplay when a bonus is won. It allows the player time to decide whether they want to carry on playing afterwards. Makes sense in terms of player protection I suppose.

Now i can withdraw as normal again.

Thank you for the help!

Hi @Lemon,

Not all providers have implemented the changes, as it's just recommendations from the UKGC at this point. Though, that's a strong indication that it may become mandatory in the future.
@sapit222 -- Glad that we could work it out.

Kind regards,

Or we can just use the checkbox? how stupid do they think we are.

UKGC dont actually do anything to protect us all they do is annoy us in stupid little ways over and over, are we eventually going to get to a point where battles will have to be manually spun 100 times (10 seconds
per spin) or forced autoplay stop on every win incase we want to walk away with that 0.2x bet?

@Team.Videoslots battles are not real play so can't you enable all autoplay options for all players in them?

also I read through that link and there is no mention of autoplay in there only the 2.5 second rule.

Yep, it's just another completely unnecessary recommendation really isn't it? At least if it was set to 'always stop on feature' as standard functionality when the game loaded, and then the player was allowed to decide for themselves whether they wanted to uncheck the box and carry on after a bonus or not, it might make a bit of sense. But no, it's kneepads, stabilisers and armbands for everyone.

But that MAX BET button right next to SPIN? Yeah leave that - it's not dangerous.

Adults should be able to choose the configuration of the slots they play. They've already set their deposit limits and so on, so why is further limitation needed?

Next week they'll be announcing barbed-wire and shark-infested moats around the alcohol aisles in supermarkets, and if you still choose to buy a bottle of something the top will have an unremovable pin-hole opening on it, which dispenses the beverage at a flow rate of 0.001 millilitres per minute, just in case you might drink it too quickly.

The fucking STATE of this country for fuck's sake.

I always thought that was a bit odd on slots.
I mean, most people wouldnt want to miss a bonus im guessing, so the default should really be "stop on bonus"
Some providers do that (PnG from the top of my head) but alot dont.

Like you guys already mentioned, this change seems rather pointless, and im guessing its just to show they are doing stuff.
Most every change/regulation is created with problem gamblers in mind.
I think its a bit weird that there is almost zero focus on improving the gambling-environment for people that want to gamble/can handle their gambling.
The Max bet button you mentioned is a good example of such a thing that can be improved.

Its the same with regulations here in Sweden.
They set up spelinspektionen (swedish ukgc) so they could get a slice of that tasty casino-cake that was just leaving the country before the license was created.
Shame they dont care about the people actually baking the cake, the players.

Hi all,

Yes, as @Scott1baird mentioned. The max bet is decreased to 10 EUR or equivalent in all BTG games.

Have a fantastic weekend ahead, everyone!

Kind regards,
Team Videoslots
What happens to all the people who were building hearstoppers or gems in holy diver that were above £10 stake?

Head's up to everyone - I just had a pop-up on VS basically making me add a loss limit to my account.

Admittedly, this is not a bad thing!

It also looks like VS have fixed the issue where taking part in a "free" battle would reduce your loss limit - I just did the 2:15 BoD Battle and there was no change to my losses. I'll keep an eye out after I deposit again tomorrow though!

Hi @CongoGB,

That's correct. Starting today, all players under the UKGC license need an active loss limit to play. I hope you like it!

Have a nice evening.

Best regards,
Team Videoslots
I'd like it more if i never lost, negating the need for a loss limit :p

so I got an email on Jan 26 telling me requesting a SOW. The email landed in my junk mail. Lucky me.
I have been depositing at videoslots since then.

I finally had a withdrawal of $350 yesterday. It has been pending since. I found this strange since VS has lightening fast withdrawals. I went on chat to see if there was a hold up. And I was told that I was emailed SOW and I need to comply. I directly asked CS if my withdrawal was being held up because I need to provide the details for SOW and they said yes. I have the chat log.

Here's the thing Videoslots. Until I had a withdrawal you had no problem taking my money. No problem whatsoever.
If you were willing to take my money as of Jan 26, 2021 then you need to be willing to pay me my withdrawal.
Why weren't my deposits stopped until I complied with your request?

Therefore, I would like all my deposits be returned from the date you sent me that letter and did not put a stop on my deposits.

Exactly the same situation

And I have sent them what I think is appropriate and applicable, but they choose not to accept it. Well lots of other accredited ones here to choose frm...
