Videoslots - Newly Accredited

What the beeep! Videoslots is refusing to do my withdrawal!!! I just posted a 1,000x win and did a partial withdrawal like normal, not on a bonus and they denied and are refusing to let me do a withdrawal!!! What the hell @Team.Videoslots , This has to be against regulations @colinsunderland @ternur .

Accusing me of using them as a financial institution, ahhh no I won and want to do a partial withdraw, I am still playing.

lmao, the more I read about all this the more im converging into alternatives. I don't want to promote the specifics and names here but lately I've been playing on cryptocurrency casinos, no KYC bullshit, vpn accepted, literally seconds withdrawal to my wallet, 96% RTP,

My friend created an account there depo'ed 100$ got extremely lucky and withdrew over 6000$ in coins in seconds after verifying his email.

I'm very well aware of potential issues nothing is a guarantee and that crypto site for all I know could collapse tomorrow or do whatever it wants to but so does Videoslots and a lot of accredited casinos here so yeah...

Hi @slotmaster,

Before a withdrawal is accepted, we require that the deposit is wagered at least once. However, please request it again, and I will see if it's necessary this time.

Have a nice evening.

Kind regards,
Team Videoslots
Just tried again, But this is not responsible gaming making people play their winnings back in. I am still playing, I just wanted to do a withdrawal so I did not play back everything.

Hi Geoff

They do not want you to play back your winnings matey :)

Its an anti money laundering policy which stops players depositing and withdrawing straight back out.

Most casinos have it these days and 1x is pretty cool IMO as some other casinos insist on more, yes even though its your own cash, as I say nothing to do with your play or anything, just to prevent fraud / AML

I know it's a rare issue as you usually don't win so fast, But it's not like I withdrew the whole balance, then I can partially see a concern.
Regardless of the size of the withdrawal, you need to wager your deposit 1x before requesting one.
Its a standard term that almost all sites have (some require more than 1x)
Common bear knowledge.
;)

Well they are going to do it anyway if I wrote and asked, even before playthroughlol. I mean they can see that I am still playing and will reach the playthrough in like under a hour. So is it a law or not then? I know or knew I was going to get it but was just worried really.

No it's not the law, casinos don't have to do it, in fact in the UK they can't.
It does make it easier for someone to launder though if they don't, so can understand why.

Good morning,

@Steviedoo -- As discussed earlier in the thread regarding SOW. Once it's determined that we cannot complete the necessary CDD, it's out of our hands, but we will get back to you as soon as we can. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

@colinsunderland -- If we could pay a withdrawal, we would never withhold it.

@SlotLizard -- It can be a necessity depending on your activity. Casinos and all types of financial institutions are subject to the same type of AML regulation. Customer due diligence measures are not limited to casinos.

Best regards,
Team Videoslots
I’m not understanding you wish you could give me my withdrawal but there are rules. These rules are one sided. I would like to re state my position.

if you can’t give me my withdrawal because of the rules. Then with the same logic I shouldn’t be able to deposit because of the rule. And yet I was able to. And you took my money with not a care in the world for the SOW rules.

who do I have to speak to. I’m tired of not getting anywhere. You will close my account in exactly 12 days. I would like this settled before then.

Pathetic, sorry...

Never trusted VS from the beginning. Created an account in 2016, tried to get fully verified before I even considered making a deposit.

Verification failed, due to Electoral ID card being considered "insufficient proof". OK that's fair enough.

Next part of the email told me all I need to know about VS......

Please note: Until you complete verification of your VS account, you will not be able to withdraw any winnings.
However, you are free to deposit as often as you like....

Alarm bells ringing in my head so loud I got a temporary case of tinnitus. Proof all they cared about was getting their hands on my money.

To this day, I remain unverified at VS. Mainly because I binned them as a playing option the moment I read that sentence in the e-mail.
Never deposited a dime there. And never will.

Reading the last few pages of this thread makes me realise it was one of the smartest decisions I ever made since joining CM.

And to think this casino is a 4-time winner of CM's Best Casino award and Casino of the Decade, as well as being the owner of the joint-highest CM rating?

The last few pages of this thread is clearly NOT my idea of what an award winning casino should look like.
Looks more like an untrustworthy Maltese clip joint.

Just hit the withdrawal issue and thought I'd check here! Good to know I am not the only one. I usually withdraw via paypal so I cannot withdraw to my bank or card as it's not my usual method. I now need to verify my paypal account again, screenshot sent but no response to say it's been received. If there is an issue with VS back up files being corrupted or deleted methinks it would have been wise for VS to at least inform customers of this issue so they expected a delay and further document requests, especially with the SOW farce that some members are having. I can already see my withdrawal shrinking....

Deja-Vu: I am so sure this happened before, simultaneously verified at the same time I hit post here!!! No 24hr wait as Scott1baird mentioned earlier. I would love to think all the other problems folks are having with VS were sorted this swiftly, but I won't hold my breath!

Not sure what's happening over at VS but the reason I play there, is theyve always paid, and paid in a timely manner

Not a monstrous wait or anything but considering it's ecashout/etransfer, shouldnt be more than 24 hrs and still waiting

I overlook the terrible rewards, like 10 FS at a dime, because I always know my funds come in short order.
If that's changed.......

Hm i deposited several times 2 years ago , and few months ago i decided to verify my account since than i never had any issue with withdrawal , i don't use videoslots as my only casino i play elsewhere , but so far i always had a positive response from videoslots at any occasion except i am unable to play ELK games and Inspired games - that is why i have several other casinos that provides those(ok i am gambling online since 2008).

I loved to play in Video Slots. Almost daily. But when my ID expired, I was requested to upload a new one before I could continue playing. Kinda odd, as no other casino has requested an update on an ID if it expired. I don't have a new one still and won't be getting one until Covid has passed or there's a mask requirement everywhere, so it's safer to risk going further away from my home.

Anybody got any experience of winning a Pragmatic Play Daily Prize Drop? I won £50 last Sunday and can't for the life of me check whether it's been paid or not, I'm sure I read it was 1 business day to process the win.
