It just wouldn't feel right if VS didn't have at least one quarterly scandal. In fact I think this is one of their more ingenious ones, the old 'Pay-As-You-Go' Cashback model.

Time difference is because it took a few hours for novibet to verify the card I used, but once processed was in bank in a couple of minutes

We also support Mastercard withdrawals (didnt know they where instant, above screenshot is not instant), however we are trying to get Mastercard Send™. The information we got is they dont support gambling companies yet.

It is instant, I explained the delay was down to the verification, the time on the screenshot was when I submitted the withdrawal , still was less than 4 hours after submitting the withdrawal till it appeared in the bank which, even if it was processed instantly, is still quicker than normal withdrawals. Tbh, I thought with all the casinos I use doing it instantly it must be a mastercard new feature, maybe its just UK? Or bank specific, it was Revolut if that helps

We got confirmation today that the VISA Direct option is going live this or next week. VISA Direct will be available in all countries which are supported. Just important to double check that your card supports it, but the information we have is that most bank in UK should.

Mine is a clydesdale bank one and if i withdraw to WH it still takes the 2 days to reach account.

Regarding bank withdrawals; If you make your withdrawal before 15:00, then the money is on your account the same day. If it's after 15:00, money is available on your account on the next banking day. Note that Adyen only processes withdrawals during working days. We don't plan to make any other changes with bank transfers right now.

We process withdrawals on an average speed of 5 mins.

Furthermore, we are implementing VISA Direct as soon as possible. That will allow instant withdrawals directly to your VISA card.

Thanks for the response. Visa is fine for me moving forward and thanks for the info regarding bank payments. Just need a withdrawal now, on a horrible run!!

@Team.Videoslots - Some slots do not have achievements? For example Terminator 2 from Microgaming for starters.

Also on a sidenote, any chance you could make it easier for us to find which slots "all achievements completed" option or a option so we can easily find which slot we are very close to completing? At the moment only way is to manually search for each slot name and looking........ That takes too much time to do and my memory is not the best!

I also wish new games when bumped didnt go to the end of the list as it's annoying scrolling through what, 30-40 pages to the end, to have to do it again for the next; id say just extend the new games list to include those that are still new to within 3 or 4 months to make finding them easier...too often I'll play one I liked but cant recall the name

Then we also have a filter tool on mobile, where you can list games after when they where put live on the site. Newest first. That filter is coming to desktop soon as well.



You can save filters for future use as well.

I was playing earlier and accidentally placed a £100 bet on the slot "Big Win Cat" while playing on my mobile. I assume i accidentally slide the bet slider that is next to number of auto plays in the settings screen on mobile Play and Go slots.

I had just over £100 in my account, it spun once, gave me a £40 win and then tried to spin again but obviously there was not enough money in my account.

I contacted support straight away to ask if they could rectify it as it was a genuine mistake; but the answer was a quick no. You will able to see from my betting history i rarely go above £1 a spins on slots and my previous bet size on the slot had been £0.25.

I was wondering if you could look into it?

I am a long time Videoslots player, although my current account is fairly new as i recently switched to a GBP from a Euros account; so any help would be appreciated.

hi team video slots just started getting a really strange login screen this evening , got the usual

user name / password / then it came up with a box looking for a one time pass code which had been sent

to my email so done that and logged in ok but its happened 3 times again now ,

so obviously just wondered if 1/this is a new login system and2/ can i turn it off in my settings
