12-24 hrs are the timeline for the manual bank transfer (offline)
but the bank transfer method with a direct linked payment provider like "trustly" need minutes/instant...
but the autoconnect threw trustly doesnt pop-up by entering amount/withdraw in bank transfers tab

Yes this is what i was meaning too that the pop up after you enter the amount and where I usually had to select which bank is no longer there, it just goes straight to withdrawn message. Something on the site has changed to what it was so was just saying in case this wasnt intentional so you can alert your tech team.

But for now I will wait a bit longer, but as its never taken this long before im not hopeful that it will be in even after the 24hrs.

As I tend to recycle a lot just means I probably wont get to play till its back in now, not fun on a lockdown weekend lol

Hi videoslots team, can you formally contact gigadat, the people who seem to process the deposits when using interac etransfer.

All week, multiple casinos, but yours in particular for me have now been taking over 2 hrs if im lucky,!! Most the time some faster...Otherwise they are timed out and I have to wait till mid week to get it refunded.

Of course they always say its it the casino, but I know its not because all my friends in saskatchewan having the same delay and issues, all different casinos.

But, that is the only way i can deposit now a days so I don't want to see this go away, but they need to fix this issue, its costing you deposits and giving me a stroke lol jk. But all jokes aside they brush my emails off with 'its not our problem' but we all know it is.

So i sit and here and wait for it because if i deposit again...well could start all over again, good money saver for me but beyond anoying in the end. Im at 2hrs 20 mins now and still waiting for a $150 deposit, so sure it will get rejected.

Well im nearly 40hrs in now and still no sign of it hitting my bank when usually its under 40 mins.....

Did email as suggested but they not answered either :( Whatever has changed I hope it isnt permanent as waiting days for withdraws is not something Im willing to go back to this isnt 2010....

You mean the vault?

If so I've had that function for months. I know some people don't have it (from what they've told me) but assumed it would be a country based thing, so everyone in the UK would see it.
 
But by all accounts they just pinch some of your winnings and then give them back at a later date, doesn't seem like much of a 'booster' to me.

Yes and when I had that issue with Play n Go docking a few pence off my wins over a certain amount, and adjusting playable balance accordingly, I assumed this is what was happening. Still happening now incidentally.

I'm not really fussed though, it's pence
 
Just to add for myself.. I don't have the 'vault' in my account (and im uk) - just what Ive always had. Although I do know someone who opened an account recently at Vs and they showed me the vault they had for wb about 3 or 4 months ago.

Mid-last year we changed the weekend booster and made it into a vault for new customers. Basically a small percentage is stored in a separate balance which you cant gamble with. Its your money which is withdraw-able at anytime, if you close your account its automatically paid out to you. Its an opt-in/opt-out feature. This is not a promotion, its a feature. We are also adding so customers can change the % themselves on how much they can save from each win as we had a lot of request for it.

Many markets we are active on dont allow bonuses/loyalty programs and more markets are planing to remove bonuses/loyalty programs. We focus on creating features instead of promotions nowadays.

Our active old customers was not affected by this change, however if an account goes dormant you would be if you re-activate your account again.

Made a bank withdraw last night, but I didnt have to enter the usual options etc and its not turned up after 12hrs, normally in minutes?

Contacted live chat and they said it will be up to 5 working days using BANK since when ? is this correct or has something gone wrong as in my account history it says BANK rather than Santander as method normally you get the option to select the bank type but it didnt last night.

Now im worried its gone astray and dont really want to wait five days to chase it if it is an error in the first place as your site still says

Had exactly the same. Trustly is what is usually used under 'bank withdrawal'.

Before i clicked to approve i checked with live chat who assured me nothing had changed, they said there had been some changes because of the UKGC and the withdrawal would probably go through faster. Though there were some delays.

This was Friday.

Trustly withdrawals are always instant for me. Not had to wait longer than maybe 8 hours at absolute worst.

Now still waiting for withdrawal.

I see from your latest post you are still waiting also.

I have a feeling something has happened and i have been misinformed. I think my withdrawal is going via bank transfer and not Trustly.

@Team.Videoslots could you please clarify:

Is Trustly still a withdrawal option?

Has your interface changed for this?

By selecting 'bank transfer' and it not going through to the Trustly screen is my withdrawal going to take longer?

By me the option for BANK is totaly gone( always cashout by trustly), so the only way is neteller,skrill etc.

Still waiting for a good asnwer from support

We are however adding VISA direct shortly, this is instant withdrawals to your card. We will let you know as soon as it goes live.

Mine is several years old and was also changed, I only had a 6 months break. So this is very disappointing to see.
Less and less rewards, the slot selection is what just makes it tbh.
