Well it is not working for me, I tried 3 different browsers it gives the same error message for me..........

It has a bonus buy feature and IIRC they are not allowed in the UK? Maybe they don't have the UK version running and thats why you can't play it? Just a thought.

I know what happened. I played in the UK and our midnight is 1 hour away from the sites timezone. Can't you set the promo to actualy work on each players country?

I asked this question to livechat but they give me an unexpected answer.

I was wondering why I am not able to buy bonuses on 'Extra Chilli'. For example, Genie Jackpot Megaways or other slots give me the option to buy a bonus on their slots (so that would probably exclude the jurisduction reason, I am from the Netherlands). Your livechat support said it was due to the fact that the provider disabled this option.

That could be the reason, however I am still able to buy the bonuses on other licensed casinos for this slot.

My second question for this, on Extra Chilli you can collect coins while playing, which it make the feature option cheaper. However I am not able to buy the feature apperently. Could you confirm me that if I am playing long enough and I collect enough coins that I would be able to buy the feature at a rate of 0.00?

Cause my worst fear is that the bottemline for the feature would be like 1x your stake and I could still not buy the feature and the collected coins would be useless.

I cannot feature buy chilli due to UKGC restrictions either.

However, once the "buy it now" price is rock bottom the final BTG golden coin will reduce this to 0.00 and auto spin in H-O-T (+4??) and start the feature without any need to press anything other than the spin (or autoplay) button

The buy feature in Extra Chilli is disabled for all of our players, however, we are working on a solution that will allow us to offer the buy feature in those jurisdiction where it's allowed.

If the feature price goes down to zero, it will automatically trigger as @Jono777 said.

Made a bank withdraw last night, but I didnt have to enter the usual options etc and its not turned up after 12hrs, normally in minutes?

Contacted live chat and they said it will be up to 5 working days using BANK since when ? is this correct or has something gone wrong as in my account history it says BANK rather than Santander as method normally you get the option to select the bank type but it didnt last night.

Now im worried its gone astray and dont really want to wait five days to chase it if it is an error in the first place as your site still says

" Withdrawals with Bank are processed within 5 minutes around the clock. "

Anyone else had this problem lately?

i was wondering too about it... trustly, klarna p.p. are available as deposit method but no more as bank transfer payment service linked... but my withdrawal request from today 8am was booked at 2pm into my bank account
