Hi dpp00,

We have increased our security on the VS accounts with an One Time Password (OTP) code sent to all users trying to login from an IP or device our system don't recognise.

You can't turn this protection off.

We introduce this to protect our customers accounts from phishing sites.

Best regards,

Team Videoslots

Well I've had it twice now whilst logging in from same device using mobile data, so is it possible for it to learn my device so I don't keep getting a code? Cheers.

thought as much but i haven't changed anything so same laptop same wifi i mean its not a major problem

but its just annoying why is it not an option for those of us who are computer savvy and dont get

viruses'/ or spyware/or phishing anythings/ or is it to do with your ddos attack thanks

To be fair, more and more sites should be bringing in two factor auth for login. Especially when there is potential for fraud.

Maybe you are using chrome incognito?
If not what browser are you using?

We are trying to fix so it will recognise the device ID on all types of phones, but some times it can be hard to pick up the id from the browser or the phone itself. What phone are you using and browser?

Samsung something or other on Chrome :)

Got home and logged in on my PC and it's fine...code didn't come up.

Neteller sends an authentication code to your email address or by text message, it's by default and cannot be switched off. Excellent!

Excellent when it works, I haven't been able to deposit at a few casinos this weekend as the emails don't come through, by neteller and skrill.
You can add sites to "trusted" on skrill so you only need to verify with text/mail the first time depositing with a site.
I only use my pin-code when using skrill to deposit after the first time.

Yes, not much use for the first time you use them and don't get the email though :(. Been trying to deposit at LVBet for over a month now, and been trying Neteller at ABC this weekend, and the emails just don't come through, payment ones come fine though, just the verify ones don't.

Have you tried changing so you verify with a code you get via text?
Also, have you checked so you have not accidentally blocked mail from them as spam or something?
I think it goes straight in the furnace if the sender is blocked, depending on what mail you are using.

I was actually referring to the login procedure at Neteller, there's no 2-step authentication when I make deposits to merchants.

I'm experiencing a lot of 'bad gateway errors' on links to new games at the moment. For example all the new games posted in the news section on 4th May all have broken links that go nowhere when I try and launch them. I do make a note of all the games for UK players that are not available and don't try them, but this seems to be something else?

Hi @nikantw,

Thank you for reporting this. It's a general issue with the game, it seems. We get the same error on our end. It has been reported to the provider and is hopefully resolved soon.

Hi Mr_Slot5,

We have worked on a solution for this. Would be great if you could inform us if you still get OTP code when using your mobile device on mobile data.

Hi!

Just tried it. Got the code first time then tried again and no code that time :)

Hi again. I think you may have misread, the issue is fixed. It asked for code on the first login then when I tried again the code screen did not appear.

:)

Ah, I did indeed. Anyway, good to hear that it is working as it should.
