lol, as if your cookies or cache would have any bearing at all on something their systems do. Maybe they should clear cookies and cache and then you try againafter the 2nd failed attempt - and 2nd visit to live chat - their solution was to open google chrome using incognito mode and try to withdraw again

It is indeed because of the bonus-buy feature that it has been temporarily removed. However, we are working on getting it back online in the future.

I would think that if this is a known issue, thed maybe bblank it out or post a notice..or tell live chatHi
I tried this method last night for the first time and it was denied too. Only tried once though, and then used Instant Banking after it was denied 4 hours later.
I emailed support at 8pm last night asking why it asked for the same bank information as the Instant Banking (bank wire) as that is not how Interac e-tranfers work. Why it costs $2.50 and why after an hour it wasn't processed when it says processed every 5 minutes around the clock.
I have not had a reply as of today.
