    Some time back, opened a Videoslots acct. Sent in docs prior to ever playing, and they were denied (same docs every casino has) so asked to close the acct.
    Just went to chat, asked to reopen, figured, I'll retry, why not, good reviews in CM, let's give them a second chance.

    Well, apparently, acct is permanently banned. Reason? Multiple accts.
    Um...I registered (one acct), sent docs, docs denied so never deposited, closed acct. I requested my own single, unplayed, never used acct closed. .
    Maybe dodged a bullet here.

    Thought I'd give a second go, but not in the cards. I'll try the rep, but if perma ban, I don't know. I'll try at least. I know he's responsive so we'll see.

    Cheers. Did pm the rep. They've good reviews so figure, if any one should if able, to get sorted, they can.
    PS...I actually even have, and sent the support agent my email showing it was me that closed the acct (and explained was due to docs denied, not anything to do with responsible gambling as I hadn't depped) so no reason to not reopen. Odd to show on file multiple accts and blocked seeing as I closed it myself.
