Hi there,I have done my best to resolve deposit issues with staff, and they can't find proof even though the bank sends confirmation e-mails. I sent a copy of the confirmation email. Still, staff says there is no record of the deposit even though it was automatically deposited into Vidoeslots account, BUT they have no proof, and staff is at a loss to find out if there was a deposit. Now they are angry and treating me like I am lying. The videoslots staff is not helpful at all. Deposit at your own risk. It might go into your account, might not. If it does not, there is no recourse.
