Videoslots complaints

I have done my best to resolve deposit issues with staff, and they can't find proof even though the bank sends confirmation e-mails. I sent a copy of the confirmation email. Still, staff says there is no record of the deposit even though it was automatically deposited into Vidoeslots account, BUT they have no proof, and staff is at a loss to find out if there was a deposit. Now they are angry and treating me like I am lying. The videoslots staff is not helpful at all. Deposit at your own risk. It might go into your account, might not. If it does not, there is no recourse.

SO LIKE, iam from Ontario and looks to me that video slots is slowly but surely eliminating Ontario from playing there, can't see the slots section, some people got an email saying they can't play their anymore, I never got an email,i played 500$ freeroll Dracula this morning, now won't even let you deposit .Video slots boy if this is the way you deal with shit, you are truly trash no communication, I have played there since 2017, loyal customer, you should be ashamed of yourself, who you think you are, your going down. Loosers
I am having an issue using MC, I was able to deposit using Flexepin vouchers - but they cost a bit in fees to buy; and I have asked them to come to the table with that - first if they kept saying it was my card or my set up; after a few days they have admitted they have an issue in payments. But we will see if @Team.Videoslots / @Mr Wild will show some good will on this matter as i’ve paid a bunch in fees to play at their site….

I appreciate your support. I have contacted support, and they cannot find my deposits. I have gone through the chat. I have e-mailed videoslots. I showed proof of my deposit. I have sent copies of my bank statements. I have tried. There is a problem with some deposits not going into players' accounts and not being "found." One of the support on chat said my payment was probably lost for good. I hope this is not true.
