Wow another deposit another win aother problem. This time, I deposit money into vegascasino21 and do my playthrough and get to the max cashout of 500 that I received. I ask them if everything was okay to cashout and they said they would let me know by email. I waited 2 days and came back on and they preceded to tell me to continue to wait and when I politely answered that I never recieve half the emails im promised and would appreciate them getting on the issue while I was on the chat, he told me that I was being unreasonable and that he would have to end the chat. Enraged I told him I wanted to speak to his manager and he tells me hes not in and closes the chat. I get on the next day and my account is closed, and I get a number on the casino lobby to call for support. It is a dead number, ahahahahah what do you know. I then go to their main site, where another number is listed, but this one also leads to a similar line that says no one is available, and no one has been available on it for 3 hours. This s%*$ is getting so old from every site i go to. Now I dont even have a way to get in contact with these people that owe me 500 dollars, and never recieved an email on why my account was blocked, and have no idea when im going to be unblocked. The Irep for Top Game said he was leaving this site so there isn't even anyone to help without posting publicly on this forum but im out of options, again, I need help from this forum!
 
I mean any help is good, all I really need is a phone number to get ahold of them, I mean come on, how can they have 2 phone numbers listed that don't even connect to anything.. Someone help please!
 
They are in the ROGUE pit that means they are worthless. They don't have working phone numbers likely because they do not want to be contacted. You are SOL on this one Im afraid. Sorry but stick to the accredited section and stay away from Top Game formats.

But why do you play at casinos like this? Why not check the accredited list instead?
I do hope u get paid but I dont think that u will - sorry!
 
I can not deposit on any casino but ones that have echecks and these.. and now no casinos accept echecks.. But don't worry I guess im done with casinos for good now
 
there r some mg casinos that do accept echecks now.

i don,t know if they do for all or just for the u.s.

Unless Lynchie is already a member at MG casinos he/she wont be able to sign up to any now. :(

By eChecks, do you mean via www . echeck . com?
If so, some of the better Rival casinos have just started accepting this, e.g. Sloto, Box24, Vegas Sky, etc...
None of these are accredited of course, but they are OK in my opinion.

I just didn't think I had to actually do research about which sites actually PAID out the money you won........... I thought this was just a given that they HAD to if they were ALLOWED to be opperating online.. I mean who would just assume that you gotta be worried about people actually owning a business that are allowed to just scam the shit out of you
 
That's one of the reasons this is such a great site. You can PM maxd to see if you have grounds for a PAB. There are a lot of online casinos which have scammed people out of their money. Doing a little research saves a lot in aggravation when trying to get your winnings.

Until something is done concerning the UIGEA and these ewallets, it may be better to NOT play for a bit. Unless you like having to fight tooth and nail for money that's yours. At some point in time we have all been there (although some may not want to openly admit this fact), which has led all of us to this site.

I wish you luck in collecting your winnings, although it may be you will have to use this as a learning tool. Peruse the accreditted section...

Take it or leave it. But don't keep playing at rogue casinos, and then complain you can't collect, get hold of CRS, or whatever. You will find other members will not have tolerance if you insist on continuing to playing at the scam artists of the online world. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but you've complained about 2 other casinos being unfair and scamming you out of funds. Live and learn...
 
Got a reply from a rep on another forum that tells me that I was frozen on the account for abusive chat, but then doesn't acknowledge the fact that I have 500 dollar withdrawl proccessing, the phone number that leads to nowhere, I never even asked for an explination as to why i was banned, I don't want to ever go on that site again, however, since you took my deposits and cashed them, I want the money that you OWE me, thats how that works..
 
You do realize, that some of these roguish casinos are ROGUED for this very reason? Their T&Cs are so loosely written that the casinos are in a win/win situation for themselves. Some of them (even some of the accreditted ones)even list in their T&Cs that abusive communications are grounds for denial/voiding of winnings.

It appears (from the other 2 threads you started) that you have issues when things don't go your way. YOU chose to play at dodgy casinos. YOU chose to use abusive communications via live chat/email. YOU must take responsibility for your actions.

There is no law that states they HAVE to pay you when you haven't adhered to THEIR T&Cs. Perhaps abusive attitude has helped you before, but in my world...You "verbally" abuse me and you get shown to the door....
 
You have no idea what the comments that were made were, or in what circumstances they were made.. Most of these are from calling them idiots. I would have no problem calling someone an idiot that is an idiot... that is my world.. thanks for your help...? Thanks to the 2 people actually getting something done though, appreciate it!

UPDATE* 2 weeks since I won 500, still NOT ONE EMAIL FROM SUPPORT OR CASHIER!!!! Also, this notorious FORM that I was banned for requesting still hasn't arrived in the mail.. what a joke.. I get banned for yelling at them for not sending me a faxback form link and they respond by banning my account and... still not sending me a faxback form..
 
Checked mail again, it is now monday, 5 PM central, 12 days no email from support, cashier, or any management, no faxback form or any other mail explaining what to send in, who to send it in to, and how to go about retrieving the money i am owed... Surely when management does read this, he has to be so embaressed to work for such a shady company.

EDIT: Still no working phone number listed for them. They have two different phone numbers listed still that lead no where.. No surprise here, just another indicator of how shady they are. Why not take off the phone numbers after me and the manager of this site told you they were deadlines?

The OP had filed a PAB on this issue on the 27th. Since they have ignored the advice given in the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ (regarding forum posts) before and after submitting the PAB I am setting their issue aside since it is clear that they prefer to take their chances here on the forums. Sorry to hear of the troubles you arer having but I do have to say reading YOUR posts it doesnt look like you are helping your own case anyway by constantly bagging the casino.

Yes they are rogue, yes they have taken your money and they are taking there sweet ass time to pay you but boy you arent helping your case any.

The members here at telling it to you straight- We get pissed off just as much as you are right now about these bloody rogue assholes- but you know what, it's people like YOU who are keeping them in business.

I mean you are basically saying that you can only deposit at places that take echeck and most of them are rogue, So why in hell are you even giving them your money in the first place??

If it is that hard for you to deposit online and gamble then this is telling you something. You need to stick around here and find a casino that takes echecks and if you can't find one and choose to deposit at a rogue- then im sorry but that is your own fault mate.

What I recommed in this case is to try and let Bingo sort this out for you. Stop contacting them for now and stop the abuse. At least let Bingo see what he can do for you. if nothing comes back from his angle then by all means pursue a different angle.

The best you can do right now is stay level headed and mature about it all.

Yes you may well lose the $500 and if you do I hope this is a lesson learnt and you stick around here and talk with other memebers who are in the same boat.

Yes, you will get the money back but the second half of what I said still applies.

Please dont take this as me having a go at you becuase im not- I want you to get your money back just as much as you do but I also want you to be smart about it.

I know mate and $500 is not something you want to let go.

Bingo is great for the player such as yourself so please at least keep in contact with him and see what comes of it- he may even give you a time frame on when you should take it further.

Im not sure if max will take it on but I do honestly think you will get your money back.. if not there is other avenues you can go down but I dont want to say them yet.

As it happens no, I won't. From the number of blatant screw-ups in the Pitch-A-Bitch -- here and in the submission -- the OP has obviously completely ignored the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ in spite of being told several times that they need to read it. Fair enough, I'm sure they know best what's best for them, and they have my 'good luck' wishes on getting their issue resolved.

So fire away with those alternatives, the PAB is not going to happen.

I went to the vegascasino21 site and couldn't find the general T&Cs for this casino. The bonus T&Cs were only a small blurb. May be I missed them?

@same old...In my opinion, this person has been offered a lot of advice, but seems bent on playing at rogued casinos then DEMANDING help. They aren't willing to help themselves (again my opinion) from the evidence they have supplied in the other 2 threads they have started demanding payment from 2 other casinos (one of which is also rogued). They have my sympathy, but I can only totally sympathize and empahize with someone who is willing to do their fair share. This person has done the complete opposite of what is asked of them. Bingo T is a sweetheart to help out this person who seems really immature and irrational.
