This one may be a little after the fact but for the record: VegasCasino21 (vegascasino21.com, Top Game) seems to have left the scene with player payments caught in limbo. There was a rash of serious complaints about them on the forums about a year ago, non-payment and so forth. We chased a PAB worth $9000+ earlier in the year but it went nowhere, the casino people didn't respond. Now it seems the although their website is still up the casino server is either offline or being run by clueless munchkins.
