WARNING BC.Game, lots of complaints but no resolutions

Over the last year or so we’ve seen quite a number of complaints regarding BC.Game, both through our Player Arbitration (PAB) process and on the forums directly:

As you will see in those threads most of the problems are of the slow-pay/no-pay variety. In the cases where a player has come to us with their issue — usually after being blown-off and/or ignored by the casino — BC.Game simply ignores it by saying the same thing over and over:

“… we kindly request that you direct the customer to contact us directly for further assistance. We believe that addressing the customer's concerns firsthand will allow us to provide the most efficient and effective support possible. …"

In other words “we ain’t talking so talk to the hand”. End result: player’s issue goes nowhere because the casino’s “firsthand assistance” just takes the player back to square one which, as mentioned above, is "being blown-off and/or ignored”.

WARNING: BC.Game is giving a lot of players the slow-pay/no-pay treatment and ignoring any attempts by players to seek outside assistance. Players are advised to forgo the nonexistent “firsthand assistance” the casino will inevitably claim to offer and take their money elsewhere.

@maxd - out of interest, what level of withdrawals are people seeing issues? I play there a bit, but at low stakes and never normally withdrawal more than around $200 at a time, and have never had any issues. I suspect it is much higher withdrawals that see such issues.
 
Good point but isn’t he sponsored by BC Game?

Not sure mate what his arrangement is to be honest.

Think he agrees to do 'x' amount of videos for some sort of payment or extra perks, never understood why they came to a deal where he never mentions the casino directly, rather directs you to his own website to find out.

Thought the whole idea of promoting a casino is to mention it none stop lol :p

Also, if he was having issues withdrawing his balance from BC then I’m sure he’d go pretty dark pretty fast on them during his videos.

I dont think YouTube t&c’s allow for him to give the name or URL in his videos. The casino streamers CasinoDaddy received a one week strike for accidentally showing the URL of the casino they were playing at, while putting the browser window in place. A clear mistake but a costly one.

Interesting reading that TrustPilot 'review' you attached Jan. I worked for Ladbrokes circa 2000 - 2005, in the IT Dept. We nor the customer service agents or anyone else in the employment of Ladbrokes, whether in Gibraltar or elsewhere had access to the Gaming Servers ( yes of course physically we did, they were in racks in our comms room lol ).

Point being, as an operator of Microgaming games which back then was the sole game provider for Ladbrokes Casino, we had absolutely no way of changing RTP of ANY of the games. The only people who could access the Gaming Servers were MGS themselves.

Also I expect that'll be your PAB gone... @maxd already alerted you in Venting -- Bc game fake - Casinomeister Forum of the rules of PAB - which you breached within minutes of submission last week.

Good luck with getting it sorted - these shady outfits are getting more and more brazen while the regulators (including our own) are asleep at the wheel.
 
Yeah, I’d told @Zubi1122 that the best we could do was submit their details and ask the casino to contact him directly. Needless to say that wasn’t what he wanted to hear.

Yet uk streamers are pushing this casino and other crypto casinos like everythings hunky dory. And there poor players that sign up are gonna get screwed over. They should no better. No morals at all. Anything for fast easy money, even if it means ripping there own fan base off. Shocking!
 
Try places with real player chat, such as their Telegram channel. Check the following. One is their support channel, where you'll also see others asking for help with payments:

yep they also lie a lot you get 180% bonus and lot of other BS, any one join this BC casino you need to wager millions to unlock 10%
 
why you claim we are helping user's to reslove there issue's.
Steady mate, as you can read in the first post, he tried. But this outfit is a matter of: Talk to hand. They won't listen and they won't cooperate, trying to resolve any player complaint. Unfortunately some outfits have this stand. They are one of them. He tried his best, so don't doubt his efforts to help you.
