WARNING BC.Game, lots of complaints but no resolutions

Sounds like you're fleshing out the questions for the self-service questionnaire...

- Is it based in Costa Rica, Saint Lucia, Panama or another place completely unknown for gambling
- Can you deposit money via a credit card
- Are the deposits appearing in a different currency to the one specified
- Can you play with a VPN
- Do they offer "too good to be true" promotions (whether intentionally or because the terms are deceptively written)

... our survey says: shithole casino 💩

Admittedly such a questionnaire would always be an upper bound of trust rather than a lower bound and need to be carefully written - even regulated operations can behave like cowboys (Football Index, anything linked to Entain etc), but there are so many warning signs to be had if people knew what they were looking for...

The problem is, they see the shill sites saying this completely unregulated site is totally safe and then realise the hard way... when the money has gone in and will never come out!

Many people have common sayings like "oh I can't stand that, or I hate that".

To me it doesn’t apply because I can't think of anything that I can't stand on hate, lol

But, there is a one thing " Not on Gamstop Casinos".

If i could, i would feed those who promote this stuff to pigs, seriously. Lol

ive had several cashouts nothing massive, not the quickest of processing times about 48 hours, but i enjoy the deposit bonuses,i do not enjoy playing at betfair, william hill,bet365 etc anymore

I just logged into my BC.Game account to check my balance as I left approximately $60 there from last weekend. Upon logging in I got confronted by a pop up with KYC questions.

The first was asking if I was a US resident or non resident. I answered. The second question was in which country am in and what forms of ID could I provide. There was an X in the corner of this pop up so I clicked it and dismissed the pop up.

From here I was able to get to the deposit screen without question, and I was able to (successfully) withdraw my balance. I decided to do so just in case they are tightening things up.

Would someone else please continue to play there and take the risk of losing any winnings, just so you can let us know how you get on? 🤣🤣

do you know on BC and 87 com every fiat deposit you get bonus $ real money,

No I didn’t but I only use crypto there anyway.

I just tried 87. It’s just another domain for BC?
There are plenty of them. Some i know are greenmoon, bcgamebet, Boostup77, and Rollwithcoco. Likely, they're made for specific countries or in case the main site gets blocked, so they always have mirror versions. It could also be for search engine visibility as all these versions rank and show separately but essentially go to the same place.

Yeah, i saw that notification too, and then just clicked X. The site doesn't look now like a proper crypto casino with no questions asked.

TBH, despite the concerns of BC and other similar, I wouldn’t be surprised if even more people sign up to places like BC in a couple of weeks as we fast approach the 30th august and the £500 a month shenanigans the UKGC bringing in, what pisses me off is if they going to limit people to 500 and from feb 150 a month why do we need slot stake limits of £5.

As said countless times already on here it’s all gone to pot and is not going to make anything better if anything it’s going to drive even more people to the likes of BC.

They're not limiting it though, and they're not adding additional steps to the process either - it'll be when the first tier of background checks (using only public data) kick in... £500 from end of this month, £150 from the end of February. These checks have already been happening for a year or two at this point.

I actually don't expect any meaningful change here - if anything it'll make things better because it introduces clearly defined limits to stop companies using any excuse to harvest data (been plenty of examples of people who have no deposit or play history for 12+ months but are getting checked for affordability).

The bigger question will be the higher tier of checks (into CDD/SoW territory) - we have no details on that yet, and that could cause some raised eyebrows.

The £5 spin limit on the other hand, I guess we'll see... high rollers will have no choice, but I doubt it'll impact that many players overall. If we start getting to £2 or even £1 stakes, then I agree the exodus would be significant.

Ah ok, so for people like myself that has a 1200 a month limit nothings going to really change then?

As those checks have been happening this last year.

I closed my BC Game account today. They have removed the option of buying cheap No Limit bonuses and the deposit offers were always crap.

I will stick with the one with the numbers for the weekly and monthly cashback I think.

@maxd - out of interest, what level of withdrawals are people seeing issues? I play there a bit, but at low stakes and never normally withdrawal more than around $200 at a time, and have never had any issues. I suspect it is much higher withdrawals that see such issues.
This is just my expeirence. I can't guarantee the same but I was just like you only small withdrawals. In February I hit for a jackpot .80 bet and won 10,000x. $8,000.00. I sent in my identification through email as there regular system won't officially verify me. But they know I am who I say I am. I was using litecoin when I won. I exchanged it using there crypto echange for 1/3 bitcoin 1/3 ether 1/3 I left litecoin. I had it all withdrawn except a small portion. Around 7,000 mix of the 3 all withdrawn no problem less than a hour after I hit. If they do this for a person who technically they could've tried to mess with and didn't, I would've assumed they would have no problem cashing out those that are fully integrated and verified in their platform.
