Anyone else facing issues with several casinos saying that they failed to withdraw back to the Natwest card (master card) and ask you to withdraw via trustly or worse via wire/bank transfer? (Hello Casino..).

The L&L casinos , Rizk and Hello casino failed to pay me back to the card (@L&L-Jan would be interesting to know why it fails in general?).

However, Pokerstars, Tombola and William Hill had no such problems.

Its due to an imposed AML measure on their end. Due to policy change they no longer accept international payments. So a withdrawal request auto declines when we try to process. Unfortunately they have no interest in blocking a deposit and are happy leaving another party worry about the withdrawal of winnings. On our end that will be a bank transfer or trustly.

I do expect that during this year they will lift this measure when they have imposed other proper AML tools. Basically until they fixed all shortcomings this fine was based on:

Aha I didn't know that, that's quite bad from them then.

Good to know, will request via trustly from now for my withdrawls. Hopefully they will sort this out soon.

Cheers mate, just reach out if you run in to a similar issue, even not with us... often I do have the answer :)

Ah this would explain why I'm having trouble withdrawing that hit I had on Lil'Devil last week from Pub casino. Still haven't had it through from Trustly but glad to know that yet again Natwest is proving to be such a crap bank.

I now have to approve almost every deposit to a casino through my Natwest app. This seems to only recently be the case. I have stopped using LeoVegas as they warn you about Natwest and RBS being a problem for them. My PayPal account doesn't deduct my payment immediately any more and this causes me problems. It's become a farce under the pretence of 'security' and other excuses.

Yeah it's a bit of an annoyance when they ask you to approve a 99p transaction from a reputable site, but when it comes to larger transactions they just seemingly wave it through as being all ok.

@johnnymcc1966 can be processor specific maybe, but on our end RBS is working again since December.

@L&L-Jan do you know how long a trustly withdrawal takes roughly? Been waiting a week now for my withdrawal to go through from Pub Casino :(
max 24h - send pm with username, ill check it out

Hello most of my withdrawals on tombola have processed , my ones done 20 mins later after are all declining into my Monzo bank

I’ve spoke to tombola who stated they try 4x and if all fails send a cheque that’s so annoying ? I want it in my bank

I’ve spoke to Monzo who don’t have an issue
And I’ve spoke to master card

So who do I speak too then? Any help please

I have been using NatWest for a few years now.I only deposit with Trustly through NatWest, and deposits and withdrawals are instant.I wrote to myself in the online chat a year ago that I would play with my legally earned money in casinos.Since then I have had no problems with NatWest, literally within minutes the withdrawal is in my account.
