Where is the Thanks button please? I don't see it.
Perhaps because I'm not a regular visitor or poster and need to reach a certain activity level to be eligible?

I think you have to reach 10 posts to be able to use the "thanks" button. :)
 
Lets face it.

Tropica are fully aware of how much they owe. I don't believe for a second that they can't trace every single transaction. What business person in their right mind would buy a business with no record of assets and liabilities and previous financial history?

Its all BS.

Just pay the man and stop p*ssing about.
 
They seem not to want to pay this player. I don't think that the customer support being on crack is the only reason they should remain rogued in fact I'd like to see a higher level of roguing take place. Towersoft deserves to be paid. He did nothing wrong.

There was not one but two players (possibly more) who went unpaid for weeks. One incident regarding some Martingale system being applied to Roulette and therefore winnings being confiscated :rolleyes: Plus another player who was bullied by customer support and had his winnings confiscated for a rather illogical reason :eek2:

IMO the behavior/attitude Tropica displayed throughout this entire incident has been extremely unprofessional. Here's five reasons:

  • The email from Deiter to Zodiac.
  • Sour grapes about not being able to become accredited.
  • Disclosing private unsolicited information about other members.
  • Players going unpaid for illegitimate reasons.
  • Records "mysteriously" vanishing.
  • I'm sure there's more I've forgotten about.

I've been following this thread rather closely and believe that when legitimate players go unpaid the whole Casinomeister community is adversely affected. The above is just my opinion and I'm sure I've left something out (there are just so many pages). I just don't view Tropica as trustworthy :(

Well obviously... The difference is my post dosent outright call them thieves ;) I know it might be hard to demonstrate some self control considering the situation but let's wait until we get a response from Towersoft hopefully they've finally paid him :)

Just thought I would post to say that nothing more has happened as of yet. I had the first payment of £2500 on the 10th of April but nothing since that date. Was leaving it alone for a while to let the dust settle, Will post anything that comes up.

I am very tied up with a bunch of things right now and don't have time to check my records, but weren't you promised the second payment after a month? That would make it May 10.

Correction Steve. With these guys they could well mean anytime after May 10.

That is still pretty poor. Why would they want this to just drag on and on after they have bitten the bullet and decided to pay.

The result is that this story has again been promoted to the first page of "posts updated since your last visit", and many members who thought this issue had finally been resolved find that in fact it has stalled on £2500. It also further reminds us of the post agreement stunt they pulled trying to argue that it was only £5000 after all, not £7500.


Do they simply not HAVE £7500 as a casino operator?

To be fair, your right! I meant no badness by posting I had just left this thread alone for a good while and thought I would let these guys know what was going on!

I wait with bated breath to log into my Neteller account on the 10th.

If you get it, there is still the matter of the remaining £2000 they claim cannot be found, and the uncertainty will drag on till at least June 10th.

I can't see why they didn't act like a normal casino and pay the whole lot in one go to bring closure to this sorry affair. £7500 should be "peanuts" to them, and a price worth paying outside of their regular procedure in order to close an issue that has resulted in them ending up in the rogue pit, and not just here either.

Who would take a casino seriously that doesn't seem to have sufficient liquidity to resolve a damaging PR issue by bringing forward £5000 in scheduled payments and paying it straight away.
 
I would like to confirm that a further £2500 was deposited to my Neteller account on the 9th of May. Not heard anything from anyone at Tropica for ages. I am thankfull to have got this from them and again would like to thank everyone here for their support and good advice! :notworthy I don't know what I would have done without this forum.

Eh? The 9th of April? I would be checking my Neteller every day if I was expecting cash! Are you sure about that date?

What's strange is that Towersoft has posted stuff since April 9 with no payment received, and today says he got it April 9 - I think he's put that in instead of 9th.May?? He's thanked me for the observation above, but not confirmed this?:confused:

Come on be fair! He's edited it since I made the observation....:) (I was correct) but yes he did it before the second one I made.
 
@ towersoft : Forgive me but is your issue now resolved? The casino people are claiming it has been and want the thread updated accordingly.
