Hey everyone. So I have had the good fortune of winning over $150k on Woo Casino. Let me add … I’ve been a VIP Player for years now and have always received my money and have always been treated very well. 100% trustworthy site. I’ve just never won a big amount in a one time shot. Here is my concern or question for this community. They state in their T&C’s that they have a maximum of $50,000 “Monthly” withdrawal limit. To me this insinuates each calendar month it resets. I’ve played many many other sites over the years and their monthly limits reset when a new calendar “month starts” It’s simple. $50k January , $50k in Feb and so forth. IMG_1181.jpeg
Woo Casino is telling me now that it’s a 30 day rolling limit. They’re not allowing me to withdraw until more of my $50k limit opens up from January (because I won last month as well) ie: can’t withdraw another $4k until Feb 14th , then another $6k on the 18th then another $8k on the 24th …. I feel this is not a “monthly” limit rather a 30 day rolling limit. What are your thoughts everyone and can you please assist me with your feedback/input.

What I really don't like is that the limits are even lower if you have "limits" e.g. deposit limits. Surprised you don't play at Winz as their limits are much higher.

Pretty shitty rules indeed. "Hey, we offer all kinds of responsible gaming tools, but if you use them, then we will punish you by significantly lowering how much you can withdraw". "Also if you don't play in a month, then we will also lower your withdrawal limits".

Sure seems like a great place that has the players best interest in mind.

@canuckguy1983 , Woo is a Dama property and we have pretty good contacts with that group. That could be useful in helping you get this taken care of.

If you'd like us to look into this for you you're welcome to use the PAB service again (I see that you've had a PAB before). If needs be here's a guide to getting started with that: How to submit a Player Arbitration (PAB) Ticket - Casinomeister Forum

As ever, if you do proceed please ensure that you have read and will comply with the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures . Failure to comply with the rules could slow, damage or even cancel your PAB.

Max Drayman

That cashout rule for restricted accounts is made to piss people off by somebody who has Haggis in place of a brain. Imagine you win 10k, request a payout, and decide to exclude yourself for a week until the money comes in. No problem. But in this case, there will be 1.5k a week and 5k a month limits in place. Would you play there after that? Fecking right. :D
