This is my first post, and per the rules: I cannot find a casino representative. I looked at the list, and RICH PALMS CASINO is not listed.
After filling out withdrawal papers, I made my 1st withdrawal of $360.00 from RICH PALMS CASINO. My withdrawal preference was to my bank. I was told by their Finance Department the Bank Wire Transfer was under maintenance, so they would send my withdrawal to my Bitcoin wallet.
They wanted my BTC Bitcon Wallet hash/ID. I told them I was a newbie to Bitcoin and was clueless about what they wanted. The Finance Dept. emailed back and said, this is the number you gave us. It was a string of numbers & letters. I did not give them any numbers, and have all of the original emails from the casino and me proving I did not email that Hash/ID.
Long story short: It was the wrong hash/ID; therefore, the money did NOT reach my BTC Wallet. My BTC Wallet is Coinbase, and after several emails from them, I found the correct Hash/Id, and sent it to Rich Palms, but they will not withdraw the original and deposit to the correct address. I am out of $360.00. I tried to contact their Gaming License, but found out, they do not have one.
Any and all help would certainly be appreciated. I have all email correspondence, plus screen shots of my account proving the money never arrived; therefore, if you need them, please let me know.
