Sorry to pinch a quote but seriously 'trust me' on this one.
It takes a lot to wind me up and I'm far from a sore loser, would take 20 bad deposits to pee me off!!
Here's my multiple experiences with Betway over the months and most recently with 'Spin'
Lost paytable (achievements) way before there was even a thread on here, 3 weeks get a reply, 'all sorted' log in
Nope no change
so I reply again, another week nearly they say we notice you play download and flash, the paytables will differ, no sh** sherlock, I explain again (why I dunno) blanked me ever since.
More importantly I make a Ukash deposit, only £20GBP, It voids the voucher and does not credit my balance, I contact live 'help' 30 minutes nowt is done (I've already contacted Ukash at this point and got transaction ID etc and they've told me the Betway group has accepted the voucher)
3 DAYS!! No email, no contact So I go back to live 'help' after 20 mins or so they tell me they are waiting on response from Ukash, blah blah blah, another 3 days I finally get the £20 in my account but have to make another visit to chat to get the 50% bonus which was on the account at the initial time of attempted deposit which they had previously agreed to honour (another 15 mins or so)
I have also had a VERY bad run at Betway before Spin came along, i sent a very polite email, not angling for a freebie but if they would take a look at my overall RTP and if there could possibly be a 'one in million' type error on my account, I explained I'd been playing 10 years and knew about ecogra, RNG and that I play virtually the lowest stakes going (ie: 18p on 9-liners, 30p on Ways) and they responded after a week with the 'disgruntled new player' standard e-mail.
'Why don't you stick with your old faithful, 32 red' I ask myself over and over, 'Na surely gotta be due a decent hit @ Betway' I convinced myself, so here goes
Another Ukash deposit and can you believe it - after checking first 'Banking' was ok now, I proceed and lose another voucher, same process over again only this time OVER a week!
Just to pop a cherry on top I was on hold for nearly 40 minutes earlier tonight just to ask the minimum deposit required to activate a bonus I'd had by email.
I know it's nice to have a 'change of scenery' now and again but I sincerely hope you guys don't suffer a similar fate and they clean their act up real fast but cheers Nicola cos I've been waiting for this thread eagerly lol!!!
