They take my Vip account away and bonus banned me. After winning strike. Still losed a lot of this group. And my vip contact changed in may. Not any contact from him.

Not even christmas calender i can get open.

I must be missing something. So you've been bonus banned, correct? I'm afraid this is something that the Casino is more than entitled to do. They are a business. Generally speaking I believe it is rare for a Casino operation to completely ban a player from playing for winning too much as the house edge should assure them of their profits anyway. Unlike a bookmaker whereby the profits are derived from statical risk analysis vs a customers knowledge/luck. Though that is probably for an entirely different thread.

Bonuses cost the casino money. So from a casino risk point of view if you are playing with a lot of bonuses and winning then it puts the casino at a disadvantage. Short term this isn't usually a problem. Long term it could be though. So if they see a trend of constant bonus use then it can appear that you are simply playing hoping to get a big win 'on the house' so to speak (not entirely of course as you usually have to deposit, but those extra funds do allow you extra chances, depending on how you play). It's not that the casino doesn't want you to play with bonuses. They do. They can make good money out of them. But they can also make a good loss too. The casino doesn't exist to give you free money, so taking it every time isn't a good idea.

I know it sounds daft. After all, why give out bonuses if you don't want people to use them? They do. Just not all the time. As it can be bad for business. I personally rarely take bonuses anymore. I like the feeling of being able to cashout when I like.

It's been a while since I've posted as I was taking a break from things, so if I'm wrong on any points, please feel free to correct me!

It's very difficult to make any sense out of your posts but a couple of weeks ago you had an issue with Betat/Slotty where you took the free spin offers and didn't wager your deposit 5x so they bonus-banned you because you applied a low-risk strategy to get a grip on those juicy free-spins while only making low wagers on Video Poker (high TRTP) and then withdrawing your deposit again before playing the free-spins.

I don't know what exactly has happened at Thrills/Superlenny but I assume it to be of similar nature. As I've pointed out in another thread there are situations where neither you nor the casino make any profit. Probably this is what Erik is referring to in his Whatsapp massage when he states "also we have costs of business as well".

If the casino bonus-bans you for whatever reason you have to take it on the chin and move on, or play without bonuses. You got booted for 2 weeks last time, so let it go or explain the situation in a more comprehensible way.

Humans have feelings you know, and what is offered to one we all want. Most of the time it's not about it being such a great offer but something we believe they give us because they value us.
Take that away and we feel less worth. It's just how we are, for good and for bad

It would seem strange indeed. A comparable example is First class on long distance rail services. There may be few of them, but they're paying a huge premium and it helps keep standard fares lower, hence it's inclusion.

My only thought is that perhaps the high rolling is only possible BECAUSE of the bonus and that's why the ban has been enforced?

No, you should be ok with that. It's usually only applied when a player either only deposits using a bonus or the number of deposits is extremely high. I'm sure there may well be other reasons too but usually it's because of the number of deposits with bonuses vs no bonuses. As I said, it seems daft to always offer bonuses and then get banned for taking them up all the time but they are of course optional and at the casinos discretion. Business is business though I guess.
