Chrispa.....are you telling us you deposited 8 days ago? You do know they are rogue don't you? A google search on them will reveal all you need to know.....one should ALWAYS check a new casino out before playing.

It sucks I know, but you won't see your money for several months if at all, as the house of cards will come tumbling down at some point and everyone owed will be left high and dry.

As I said before, forget the money and be happy if it turns up one day. All waiting players are doing is creating stress for themselves for nought.

I don't know about that...remember when there were people waiting to get paid from *Virtual, some of them were sending a mail or asking in chat every single day for months. Personally I'd recommend that if you're owed money to keep asking for it - it may be a case of the squeaky wheel getting greased - if there's extra grease around, that is.

They are both VERY bad news for players - but for different reasons in my opinion:

Virtual have got plenty of money but do everything they can to avoid parting with any of it.
Rushmore have very little or no money - so they can't pay players even if they wanted to.

At least, that's the way I see it.

For anyone being told that by Rushmore's famous Tara Murdoch, that the bank (Bank of America or JP Morgan Chase) has confiscated your bank wire.......I have been in to visit each bank. This is what I have been told by the both bank managers and also confirmed through both wire departments. JP Morgan Chase DOES NOT confiscate funds "because they were winnings from online casinos " they process thousands of wires each and every day and they do not have the time or resourses to inspect the reason why a bank wire is being sent. Bank of America will confiscate.....only if they catch it (which they said is highly unlikely for amounts under $3000. AND HERE IS WHAT EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW.................Drum roll please.........funds that are confiscated MUST be returned to sender (processor, which Rushmore has chosen) within 14 business days of being confiscated. So, Rushmore does indeed get the money back. And if you want to be technical.......it is Rushmore's money being confiscated......it only becomes our money when it hits our checking account.....so if they are telling you that YOUR funds have been confiscated, no........it is Rushmore money that has been confiscated, they are still obligated to honor the withdrawl they approved...so THEY....Rushmore need to find a way to get the money they approved for you.... to you. I am now on business day number 80 since my withdrawl was approved. They have asked me to continue to be patient. Really ???? My patience ran out after not seeing the $1750 in my account on May 11, 2012 (that would of been the maximum amount of 10 - 14 business days I was told it would take after my withdrawl was approved). Some people feel I should give up, I can't....I won't......I am beyond angry with the lies they have told me and still continue to tell me. I go on chat daily.........(to check and see if there is any new news on my account) and the very first question i ask them is "how long does it take to receive my bank wire once it gets approved".....without fail......they always answer 10 - 14 business days. And then I let them know how long I have waited, wow they change their tune so fast !! They ask me to be patient because they are having processor problems. Five times now they have asked me to make a deposit and they will match it. I told them to pay me my $1750 and everyone else who is waiting for their winnings, and earn back their accredidation, and then and only then would I ever consider depositing with them. Sorry for venting..........just frustrated.

Of course you are getting angry. They provide you with details of your cashout to make you believe they are really doing something giving you some hope and possibly deposit in the interim but essentially none of these things actually. This results in players actually taking their time to track the payments which are non-existent in the first place. No need to write such a long paragraph on what they told you. The finer details are made up to lead you to believe something was done but for some unknown reason/uncontrollable circumstances the funds could not be transferred. The fact is either they dont have the money to pay or even worse they dont want to pay. I hope its the former otherwise they are exactly the same as Virtual though this rogue king is much smarter in retaining a bunch of players through paying out every now and then and normally stick to their 30 business-days schedule.

Proof right here as to what is REALLY going on, and why they are in the pit, in stereo

On the one hand, they have been unable to find a way to pay you for 80 days, with no prospect in sight of being able to. The LAST thing they should be doing under these circumstances is to suggest you deposit even more money. This must surely be close to fraud, as they KNOW they have no known way to pay you at present. It shows just how important deposits are to them, and this offer is not about YOU getting a deal, but about them pulling in more funds with which to pay, and hopefully retain, another player waiting on a withdrawal who CAN be paid at present, such as a non US "valued player" who, should they win, would not face trouble due to the US banks confiscating money.

Perhaps if you deposit $1750 they will manage to find a way to pay your withdrawal

Rushmore mess

Received an email from Tara this morning...oh joy.....she has informed me that the processor is working very hard in trying to locate my wire....but I need

to be patient because these things just take time.......(pretty sure 80 business days would be enough time to transfer money from one bank account to

another). And although she would like to resend them another way.....that just isn't possible. Uh huh......so I guess I continue to wait.....

It amazes me that they can continue to spew their lies, email after email.....oh well.....I have nothing better to do with my time at the present moment, so

I will continue to bug the hell out of them with my daily emails, (I average about 4 a day) chat sessions and phone calls, best time to really annoy them

seems to be about 1 am (in Texas). They get very flustered and apologetic and can't off the phone fast enough with me, guess they don't have caller ID,

which is great for me, because they probably wouldn't answer their phone if they saw my name. So anyway, no I don't have my money yet, but I truly

believe I am making Tara's workday, everyday...a living hell. She tried ignoring me for three days, but then I started emailing every department at

Rushmore, and I guess they got her to answer my emails again, rather than deal with me themselves. Oh well, probably wasting my time on them, but

like I said, I really have nothing I need to be doing right now. My guess is that they will "find" my funds and issue them to me, if for no other reason than

just to make me go away !

Yes. I always play in the freeroll there usually because I get bored and don't want to deposit anywhere. It was actually on the last spin where I hit a good spin that moved me into 2nd place. I dropped to third for the $1k. I had fun. I'm not going to throw a fit or anything but I will see if they'll pay. It's no sweat off my back if they don't but I'm hoping I'll be pleasantly surprised someday. I'll only post again about it if they ever pay me. That's if I remember.

played a few hours and got it up to $1750. I then cashed it out, with the idea that as soon as I received the wire, I would transfer it from my bank

into my son's to surprise him for his upcoming wedding in September. September is almost here, but the wire isn't. So, I haven't given up on getting

the money, and I won't until the day of his wedding. Like I have said before, I have nothing to lose by bugging the hell out of Rushmore, mostly Tara

We don't always see eye to eye, but i agree with you on this one.

If players want to play the freeroll then I don't see a problem, as long as they don't expect any sympathy or assistance here. If they actually deposit, they should be drawn and quartered. Personally, if i hadn't played somewhere for a long time, I would be doing a quick search to make sure....about 30 secs is all it would need for this lot.

In my experience, its often a few months after the wedding and honeymoon that cash is needed, so maybe its for the best. Feel free to post pics if you like....many members like to share!
