In my experience, its often a few months after the wedding and honeymoon that cash is needed, so maybe its for the best. Feel free to post pics if you like....many members like to share!

We've heard too much crap from here so I guess she must be a professional liar and would look at you straight in the eye without blinking an eyelid. None of what has said so far has an inkling of truth especially when she says the payment was sent out on..., we are experiencing processor difficulties. If you believe anything she says and try to trace your cashout you just get frustrated because these are all lies.@Sockmonkey, enjoy your son's wedding and forget about this disgraceful group at least for the time being. Dont let them spoil your blissful moments.

I have just received an email from Tara at Rushmore, she informed me that they are trying to locate my missing wire but sending her that email is not going to speed up the process. She has no new information for me right now, but hopes to by the beginning of next week.

REALLY ???? Next week ? Sure....why not....it's been exactly 4 months that I have been waiting....what's another week, right ? Um.... NO.......Let the faxing begin. Some may think I am wasting my time, maybe I am, but at least I feel like I am doing something, something other than sitting here and believing lie after lie after lie. If she didn't like my first email, she sure isn't going to like the one I just sent her. Silly of her if she thinks I am bluffing. I have nothing to lose by chasing this money.

I got the exact same email!!!! but i know how they operate, here in europe they might get MERCKLED!!!!! hehehehe

I keep reading your posts and you sound just like me! I haven't deposited there for several years but I played the freerolls (won about $1500 in June last year and finally got paid in August), then won $2000 in the first week of December and was finally paid in February. I emailed constantly and bugged the crap out of them! It wasn't the money but the principal of the thing. I had written off the money (at one point in June last year I had a balance of 4K and played it away assuming I would never get paid), the $1500 I finally got was a surprise. I, personally, would keep on them just for self satisfaction! Good luck, and by some miracle, I really hope you get your money!

Unfortunately, the situation is far more serious than 6-9 months ago. At that time, there were at least some players being paid in 6-8 weeks like yourself.

Now, pretty much nobody has been paid in the last 4 months, and the excuses have been exposed as outright lies by the membership e.g. the same tracking number being supplied to multiple players, the "your bank rejected the wire and we can't find it" bullshit etc.

I know some, like yourself, believed at the time that your constant (completely warranted) pestering and harassment was instrumental in you being paid. The reality is, IMO, that it made no difference then and it makes no difference now......players will be paid in the order they withdraw or by whatever made up schedule of the casinos choosing.

My advice is don't waste time bugging them as it is completely futile. Send a bog standard email once a week and get on with your life. Six months ago I would have said you'll be paid eventually, but rushnomore is one big house of cards that could fall over at any time and the recent signs are growing ever more worrisome.

You may as well write to Kermit.D.Frog than Tara Murdoch.
 
I have been personally invited to play at the Rushmore group again. I have been awarded some really nice bonuses...I am sooo excited! I can't wait for my next personal invite! (By email and phone) So I can say you are on the bad list of my casino forum and I can't play with you...they are truly shocked and I get the third degree of just who and what is this 'forum" you speak of and I tell them, it's a secret, just like you keeping everyones money is a now no longer a secret..I get hung up on alot...geez! But I do enjoy it...saves me a few deposits...

Rushmore mess

I have kept up with my emails to Tara......except for when I worked a few hours today ! Had to focus on my work ! Anyway, by evenings I am usually feeling quite ticked off at Rushmore. Here is a copy of the last email of the evening to Miss Tara ! She arrives at work at around 9 am tomorrow morning, here in Texas it is almost 7 pm, and Tara and Rushmore are 8 hours ahead of me. Sure hope she has enough time to focus on the dozen or so emails I sent her today !

Waiting for this money for four months is all I have thought about. Shame on you for not being an honest woman. You told me you were a month behind. There is a huge difference between one month and four months.



Do you know what is really sad ? And I am being honest with you here, your character and your name are yours. What you do with them is all within your power. Because you chose to go along with your bosses in handing out lies instead of payments to people who were approved. And before you, there was Jessica Rose, telling the same lies. Why would you do that ? For a paycheck ? Is it worth it to you ?

I have been a housekeeper for 20 years, I do not have employees. Do you know why ? Because my name is on the line. If something isn't cleaned right, or ruined or stolen by an employee, it would ultimately be my name that everyone would remember and my name would be tarnished. It just isn't worth that to me. My last name belongs to my husband. I would also be responsible for tarnishing his name. That is why I work alone cleaning houses, I have a fantastic reputation. Not only do I work hard, but I am honest. I would never steal from anyone, I would never lie to anyone. People trust me with their homes, and valuables. Much the same way as people who deposit their hard earned money are trusting Rushmore to pay them their winnings when they submit a withdrawal request. Kinda unfair to take peoples deposit, but not give their winnings, don't ya think ?



You know, I may just be a housekeeper, but at least I can close my eyes at night and know that I am an honest person and that I treat people with the respect they deserve.

IIRC, Tara Murdoch is a made up name anyway. Someone posted emails a while ago and ut was obvious different people were writing each time, but always signed off as Tara Murdoch. Places like these seldom use real names, so when they leave they can still get work at another casino, where of course they'll use another pseudonym.

I'll bet your emails aren't read past the first line if at all.

If it makes you feel better to write, then great. It won't help you get paid any faster.
 
Bitching on the internet DOES help though, it makes their SEO a good deal harder. Anybody typing Rushmore into Google now will see every reason to RUN LIKE HELL.

What is particularly nasty about them is the lengths they will go to in order to get players to deposit, even phoning them to "bad mouth" any source of information that has cast them in a bad light.

I am a VIP there now, this is quite astounding for someone who only played ONCE, and with the welcome bonus. Genuine VIP status is handed out for loyalty, whereas it seems Rushmore make players VIP in the hope they will deposit again. I must be quite a catch, a non-US player who will suffer no problems depositing, and theoretically no problem receiving payment:rolleyes:


Maybe they will end up "triple rogued":p

Dianne, Thank you......that email address was a result of a bit to much alcohol one evening about 13 years ago. My husband ended up marketing it and sold t-shirts with the picure he created. We ended up keeping the email address. I don't use it very often ! Lol !! Have a great day !!!

I dont dare say you wont get paid but I am pretty sure many others wont get paid because it wasnt a processor problem in the first place. Most probably they knew you would post that you will be paid and hope that some sucker will deposit. Sorry to burst their buble and I know its not your fault but they are making use of you.
 
UPDATE.....MONEY RECEIVED !

This is the first morning I woke up, grabbed my cup of coffee and computer. I didn't log onto my bank account. Instead I was checking out Face Book. Then my husband informed me to log onto the bank account, that there was a long awaited surprise waiting for me. $1740.00 wired from Rushmore. FINALLY ! I have lost count, but I believe I had sent Tara over 140 emails, as well as dozens of calls to them and countless Chat sessions. I am not proud of the nasty emails I sent, anybody who has experienced the lies from Rushmore knows the feelings that these emails provoked. I have never been so frustrated in my entire life.
I have learned a very valuable lesson......do not promise money to a loved one, friend or anyone for that matter, until you have the actual funds to pay them ! Because I am in a new state and trying to build up my client list of cleaning customers, I did not have the money my son needed for his wedding deposit in April when he asked for it. When I won the money, I immediately offered the money to him and his fiance, believing that it would arrive in the promised 10-14 days.

I would like to say a huge thank you to each and every person who has read this thread and cheered me on, some days I was so frustrated. Today I am just relieved. Thank you all so very much.

I would like to offer my assistance to anyone still trying to get paid. I honestly believe one email that I wrote over this past weekend is the email that made the difference. I also believe that if you want something, you fight till the end. Giving up was not an option for me.

by no means do I reccomend that anyone deposits with them. Lets see everyone getting paid and then only if the become accredited by casinomeister ! I will be sticking with land based casinos from now on. Win a jackpot there and you are paid instantly ! If I can assist anyone with phone calls or emails please let me know. I really hope everyone will be paid and that Rushmore or any other casino will straighten up. All this lying to players is terrible.

Oh, I did. I still play the free tournaments since I have nothing to lose. Here's how it went for those wondering. I cashed out my free tourney $1k win on 8/13. It was denied at first, my error, so I resubmitted. It was approved 8/20. This past Monday, I recd an email saying my wire was sent 9/7 but that it would take 6-10 business days before I'd rec funds. When I checked my acct yesterday morning, it was there.

As a few other posters mentioned... Tara Murdoch is likely a name used between multiple staff at Rushmore... Don't get pissed off with the individual... get pissed off with the casino...

I just worked with an online casino for 2 months and when I started I had to chat with one of the account managers daily... I would email her questions if she had left for the day... I would get responses from who I thought was her.

After a week I asked her if she works 24 hours/day as she always seems to be online... She laughed and said there are multiple people using that account... She said because people contact them from all countries and the 'manager' needs to be available for all time zones...

Also, the processors seem to be the excuse of most online casinos.. It's the casino that you dealt with when depositing funds... but now you want to withdraw, the casino wants to 'pass the buck'.... good for you for being persistent

Most of the names when you're dealing with casinos are made up. Hell, this is an industry where the owners are hiding under false identities, so we shouldn't expect that all those CSR's with generic names are actually using their real names.

I also still play the free tourneys . On 7/2/2102 I came in first place and won 2,400.00. I had to do 2 withdrawals, the first for 2,000.00 and the second for 400.00. By August 8th I had received all my winnings. Not that fast , but at least I was paid, with no excuses. I used the PayMyCard option, which they tell you may take up to 5 days, but I received both withdrawals in 2 days.

I am new here, and oh so frustrated.....I am yet another victim of Rushmore Casino's lies ! Won $1750 on April 15, 2012 approved on April 21, 2012. I have had EVERY excuse given to me. Even the Chat people don't want to talk to me now, (are there any honest people employed by Rushmore Casino ???) Tara Murdock keeps asking me to be patient...really ??? I have tried to be....but it has been 3 months of nothing but different time frames as to when I can expect my money. I am now emailing her two to three times a day....mostly copying and pasting different negative things that mirror my situation that I am finding all over the internet. Will pestering them day after day do anything to help get my winnings ? Yesterday she emailed me and said she sent an email to the processor to trace my wire. I replied...yes...I knew you would send that email to me, and the next email you will send will contain a bogus wire number and then the next email will be that Bank of America has seized my wire. Pretty sure I won't get another email reply from her. Any suggestions ?

I have been busy taking care of a very sick husband over the past few weeks, we were able to fly to Vegas to see our son get married, and are now back home in Dallas Texas, and back to life dealing with both kidneys full of kidney stones. Poor hubby......hope to get him healthy soon !!

The average time for wire transfers seems to be 4-6 months.

Sockmonkey was paid in 4.5 months.

If you think that the 140th email did the trick, then you're kidding yourself. SM was paid when their turn came and all those emails and chats obviously made no difference. If the payment came in 4-6 weeks.....well maybe.....but this was par for the course.

I DID say it was a waste of time, and nothing has surfaced to make me think otherwise.

I DID NOT say they will never get paid. I told them to write it off and be happy if they get it....big difference. Do I get an apology now?

I'm curious as to why you singled me out when a half dozen others either said the same thing or agreed with me.

Personally I dont believe this. Of course they dont want you to complain but if you do either they pay you quicker to diffuse the negative publicity generated from it or they simply pay you according to their schedule(if they have any). I dont think they will take revenge and pay you slower just for complaining. I do hope everyone who are owed money by Rushmore are paid though but the recent silence does not necessarily mean their financial are solved. Players beware!

To be fair, if you read my other replies to Sm, I was very sympathetic of their plight and I thought it was obvious that I'm happy she was paid.

I guess one could view my comments as "discouraging", but I was actually trying to save them lots of time and stress as I didn't believe (and still don't) it would make an ounce of difference in regards to the waiting game. I wasn't at any time trying to be an ass (yes even I take a break sometimes lol)

Nash was the kind of guy you could learn a lot from by reading between the lines. He didn't deem it necessary to use 1000 words in every post to get his point across either. The problem was that he became disrespectful of his hosts too often, and once took advantage of some good people here (not financially btw) by exploiting a forum glitch which left a bad impression for many including myself. He would be the kind of person whose blog I would read regularly.....he just doesn't seem cut out for the social aspects of a forum, which are very important.
 
What we REALLY need to discourage is the belief that now a few people have been paid we can start depositing again at Rushmore. Time and time again, this has been proved WRONG, and when it has not turned out to be wrong, it has been VERY wrong.

These people may have gotten paid because a while back Rushmore came back here with a new rep who tried to spin us the story that the whole thing was a one off short term issue, which it has been the innumerable times it has occurred in the past:rolleyes: Maybe they managed to suck in a few deposits, enough to pay a couple of the loudest complainers, before they got called out on the BS again.
