Royal Dutch Casino

I confirm that I am impressed with the manner in which Trident does business - they are right up there with the leading online casinos i.m.o. and have a good track record.

But we digress - this is about Royal Dutch Casino and the unconscionable way in which they are denying information to a player who has been trying to obtain 2 700 bucks from them since the middle of last year.

IMO their behaviour is totally unacceptable and is prejudicial to the player.

I've just returned from my London trip, and I'm weeding through my emails - where's my machete? :D

One thing I need to add, I've been copied on to a number of emails that have gone on back and forth between the player, B. Cullingworth, and the operator. And I must admit, I'm a bit taken aback by the Royal Dutch Casino's operator's attitude. Im also not amused by his legal threats and this Home Security "agent" contacting the player. Sounds like complete total bullshit to me.

It's not only amateurish, it's unethical and unprofessional.

could it be?

Could it be the people fired at Virtual, then fired again at ace-games have resurfaced at Royal Dutch? Just a thought

The folks running Royal Dutch (E-Ingenium out of Costa Rica and headed up by this Danny Giordano fellow) claim that they bought the casino from the previous owners, taking over a gambler base of a (claimed) 6 000 players.

They won't tell us who the previous owners were or how we can contact them to verify the Royal Dutch allegation that the player in this case, who says he has been owed $2 700 since last July, is lying and is owed nothing by them.

Equally, they will not disclose who the e-processor was at the time of the win so the player cannot approach them either for evidence to back his claim.

Yet they have admitted in this very thread that they have all this information, including the player logs which they have also refused to supply and will only produce it "...in Court." This follows thinly veiled threats made against the player regarding legal action and telling the authorities about his online gambling activities.

I've been around for long enough and have exposed enough fraudulent players to know one when I see one, and I am personally convinced that this player is on the level, and that this casino owes him the money regardless of the alleged takeover and subsequent change of software. He has produced email traffic on which headers have been verified from the casino.

This is where it gets tricky, because we can't verify the Royal Dutch claim with the previous owners, who were in charge when the player won. And I'm not ready to simply accept the word of a Costa Rica based online casino and Mr. Giordano's bluster.

It is not quite a stalemate, because there are alternative channels to verify the player's story without the cooperation of Giordano and Co, and these are being explored.

Meanwhile, this casino management continues to deny the player any cooperation which might help to prove his claim, instead hiding behind the position that they will produce their evidence in Court (an unlikely event imo)

This player is not about to give up, because now it's not just about the claimed $2 700 and the long struggle to get it. Now it's about being called a liar, getting strange phone calls and being threatened with personal exposure and legal action from "....our Washington lawyer"

I received the $561.00 check for the remainder of what was owed to me today. The airmail envelope was postmarked Jan. 28.

Last Tuesday I called Royal Dutch Casino and spoke to a clear english speaking guy who was very friendly however I was on hold for 5 minutes ,I want them to confirm my payout request for $3283, the guy told me that my payment will be processed in the order in which it was received and I that have to either fax or email a photocopy of id which is a bit of a hassle but understandable.

Today, I got an email from their CS Department letting me know that my payment was processed, they included a western union control number for $500.00 USD, fees are just like if you are sending money to them ,they also explained me that the rest of my winnings will be sent back to me on a cheque issued by the JP Morgan Bank and that it may take 2 - 3 business days to get to my door step ,so far i like their card games and customer service seems very good.

Hope you all have a good day , i will keep you informed guys.

I just got a promo email from Royal Dutch. Here's the opening lines.

Dear: robert

User ID: dasbob
Password: ******

Yes, they did put my password in there ! Why would their promotion dept. have access to my password AND post it into one of their promotional mailings? I didn't ask them to email me my password, but I did ask them to close my account.

Thanks Swampwitch for bringing this to my attention.

I NEVER EMAILED ASKING FOR MY PASSWORD. That's a flat out lie !
It was a promotional email I recieved and you know that ! I still have it too.
I'll be glad to post the entire mail here to prove what I've said is true, but I really see no point in wasting Casinomeisters space with that.
The subject line on the email was : Passion and Desires @ Royal Dutch Casino Promo Code ROYAL69
Sound like a promo mail to me ! The subject matter backs that up too.

Hi everybody :)

Hi everybody :)

I had a great time at royal dutch ,last week i deposited with my visa card and today i received a check for my winnings, im quite happy with their service.

These guys just get worse

Based on their shenanigans to date (refusing to provide a player claiming a non-payment with his logs and details of the previous processor etc) I think I would personally rather accept BagofMaggots word against that of the Royal Dutch Casino person and their shill here.

A promo email with his password was probably sent, and this disregard for privacy is worrying.

These people go from bad to worse i.m.o. They need to be very carefully watched.

My name is Claire Phillips and i don't know what a "schill" means ,regardless of its meaning i find it very unrespectful. I just wanted to share my thoughts that's all , but if this is the kind of treatment that i will be getting here i just will stick posting somewhere else instead

Of course you are LOL!

Registered 12 Feb, 1 post and you jump right into a hazing of Royal Dutch out of the blue. Coincidentally, I start getting private messages about shills from Royal Dutch.

These guys can't even abuse the system efficiently.

Which poster have more validity/credibility??

Which poster have more validity/credibility??

A- A poster writing a bad shill/complaint with only 1 post in their record.

B- A poster sharing their view making a positive comment in their first post.

Please discuss amongst yourselves...

Since you asked a question

Well since you've asked a question I'd have to answer B.
Shill's have no credibility here and neither do you ! That's my opinion.

Dutch, until cphilipsmom you've got the fewest posts of anyone writing on this thread, so I'm not quite sure what your point is :what:

Also, you haven't understood 'shill' - google a definition and you'll come up with: "One who poses as a satisfied customer or an enthusiastic gambler to dupe bystanders into participating in a swindle".

Cphilipsmom might just be caught in the crossfire here, but it is quite unusual to sign-up to a message board just to post a good report about a casino that others are complaining about. In any case, one good report means nothing - even the worst rogue casinos will usually still have a majority of satisfied players (the ones the casino treats well as they know it's more profitable than cheating them). One bad report, on the other hand, if confirmed, is enough to prove a casino isn't trustworthy.

It's entirely normal behaviour to only decide to sign-up and post at a forum when you have something significant to say (e.g. if you've been cheated out of money), so a first-time poster criticising a casino is common. You might be better off dealing with the complaints rather than trying to hide them with a pointless discussion...
