PAB in progress won at Royal Vegas and they’re not paying me!

I need some advice big time. I have done a bunch of research and it’s difficult to try and get a hold of an online casino - aside from their crappy online chat service & lame main support email that just doesnt get back to you, at all.

I played on RV for about 2 weeks and ended up winning a bit of $$. Not a whole lot, but not peanuts either. Def big enough for me and they out of nowhere, magically made my already approved withdrawal request disappear into the abyss, then had 3 separate customer service reps try in to gas light me into thinking I actually played my entire winnings amount down, when that was not the case.

True story: I’ve been needing to get an extensive procedure done on my jaw and mouth. That extra cash was going to help me reach my goal savings in order to get said surgery. I am choked and I’m not crazy. I took screen shots of everything and transaction numbers, contacted the government, made calls to anyone I thought could help me to no avail.

I’ve had a reply to my initial request about this and keep getting server errors and not able to reply back. Pls help! The website in question is Royal Vegas casino. Com

Thanks So much!! Tell me what all I gotta do to get this resolved please. At this point, it’s not even about the money.

It’s about integrity and legality’s of this gaming system and if we as players have to be following rules & regulations, understanding terms and conditions, it’s incredibly unfair and poor business practice to be playing games like that and ripping anyone off, like I have to put in the hard work in cash, just to get swayed like that?! I don’t think so. Bad form:(
 
Hi Mamaxocass. Couple of things, I have removed the link you added to Royal Vegas and also introduced a few line breaks, so your text is easier to read ;-).

Royal Vegas used to be part of the Fortune Lounge Group and now make up one of the brands operated by Buffalo Partners and have links to Betway.

Unfortunately at first glance I cannot find a suitable rep registered here on the forum who you can reach out to.

As it happens @Mamaxocass already has a PAB in progress, which makes this new thread a violation of the PAB rules. I’m locking this until they respond to us in the PAB Ticket, which they haven’t for close on a week now.

@Mamaxocass please respond to us in your PAB Ticket regarding your intentions to either ignore the PAB rules and continue posting here OR respect the PAB rules, stop posting, and proceed with the PAB.
