PAB in progress Sevenplay casino verification and withdrawal issues

I made a deposit on Sevenplay around 9 days ago. Allegedly it’s a new casino that opened 2025.

Won on my first deposit, and wanted to make my first withdrawal. First I went through the regular automated verification process with scan of ID, selfie and proof of adress.

However, even tho the automated process was successful, I get an error message when I’m double checking my KYC page. It says that there seems to be problem with verification process, and I should contact support. Also when I try to withdraw, through the single withdrawal method they have available, it says I need to verify my account first.

Live support is only available few hours everyday, and is always run by the same “agent” that keep sending automated messages. And in those messages “she” mentions that verification process might take up to 72 hours which is already passed by a margin.

Have anyone encountered this casino before, and how can the casino be listed as a no-go casino?
Anyone have knowledge about what casino group Sevenplay is a part of or who I can contact? The trustpilot reviews looks very fake and AI written.

Yep, Anjouan 'license' (worthless), takes UK with no license, listed on dodgy review sites as good for UK and Germany (it isn't), a dodgy registered address in Belize.

Owned by 'Leva Limited' which in a previous incarnation was a UK company dissolved in 2015-ish, now is a new 2025 company with the same name using a convenience address.

Reviews clearly bot written on BustViolet and I cannot work out one single reason for the place to give me any confidence.

Run a mile, fast....

P.S. They offer Novomatic slots which are likely fake as they don't service those unlicensed sites.
