What I gather is that Tatiana recognised the player from her past job. Apparently they had shared personal chit-chat stuff back then (family experiences and/or photos, etc.,) and Tatiana was happy to see this person sign up, so she called her to catch up and do the marketing thing. So it can't really be defined as a cold call. That's the casino's story. The player is adamant that this is not the case though - so it's turned into a she-said she-said sort of thing that will lead us only in circles.
One thing that I think is a "lesson-learned" is this is an inherent problem when managers get too close with players (visa versa). I've seen it happen a number of times when managers and players start exchanging phone numbers, photos, get way personal in chat sessions, etc., these can open a Pandora's box. I know it's hard since we are only human, but it should be kept in check
To keep the record straight, i was the member who contacted Bryan after 2 days of deciding what to do and after getting advice from some fellow forum friends.
I opened an account with Ruby Royal Casino, to try them out on i guess it was a 10.00 promo, well i get a call that peaks my interest from a woman saying she is the manager of Ruby Royal and Roulette 69, the conversation goes into a tail spin, when she says "laurie, you know who this is right? ", i said you sound like someone i used to talk to in Costa Rica when i played at those rogue casinos, well what rogue casinos were they, "you know who it is laurie, yep its Christime" , i said to her and she said that was who she was Tatiana, Christine...............
I aked does C/M, know, she replied back , yes he does, but wants to keep things mum, well i start thinking, Bryan promotes them and has said to keep mum, something smells here and smells bad as he is a watchdog and would never put the almighty dollar before his forum.........
I pm'ed Bryan and was just in shock over this, as he has a strong hatred for this group of rogues and wanted to know if this was true or was he aware, he wasnt, he was as shocked as me.
I did make 2 deposits, one for the min and one for maybe 30 or so dollars, didnt take any bonuses but did see where she said she did put the 20.00 2 x max cashout thingy.
Look folks this woman is a former long time employee member of virtual, she was like the favorite almost adopted daughter of the rogue family that runs that group that has been stated in the past by former ex employees, well you know what if it was such a hell hole of a place why did she stay so long, she says we have shared a somewhat friendship, not true, i met her when i first started out playing at Cirrus, as a newbie i didnt know much but i sure found out how she was and stopped playing there. i then found a email from POC and contacted them, Andre was now working for them, he said they wasnt related(casino) and he had conflicts with Christine.
Every once in awhile i would have this woman named Victoria Santiago a manager from Cool Cat casino answer the phone while getting my western union info, she sounded like Christine but really didnt pay that much attention to it, untill Cindy , the new POC manager, told me she , Victoria was indeed Christine and used to laugh when i made my deposits and her husband the man she married and ex employee of this group also knew........it was all a fricking scam, a con job, just as they are still doing to players now.
Bryan says, we should commend her, well i dont, im sorry, i respect you and this forum but when i have to bow down and let a woman who is a creative liar, try to distort the truth of what was said, ill feel that the mighty dollar won out and its a sad day in meisterland.
Would we be so quick to forgive Virtual Danny, or Cris De Angelo if they turned over a new leaf and went to work some where else, they are no different from her, they all are a bunch of con artists and such be treated with caution.
As for Ruby Royal or the other casino, its nothing personal against you as im sure you run fine casinos, but be aware of who this person is unless this is another con game .I dont care, i dont play at those clip joints anymore and still try to steer players away from them, this is still the mission or do we just not give a shit anymore, just about the money.................laurie
Note: yes players and casino employees should not get close, this i agree, but its hard when its drilled into them, to make the player feel all warm and fuzzy and gain their trust, so more on the rogue casinos part tham the player imho.......
