Pitch and Bitch?

I just won an RJ at an RTG accredited casino for over 5500.

I took a deposit bonus with 15 free spins.

My balance was over 6000 , now is 125.

I asked why and they said they had 'tech issues' and now I have had various cs chats..all of which I have saved, saying that it was a max cashout of 125???? on a 100% DEPOSIT bonus?

Never had to do this before...

That's ridiculous!
They can't put a max cash-out of $125 on a 100% bonus which is valid for up to $150

Someone has dropped a cog somewhere. Can you still see the promo T&Cs in the cashier? Or did you take a screenshot?
If not, tell us the casino name and someone else can have a look.

You should contact the rep first. If he/she doesn't put this right, then you should PAB.
Give them reasonable time though.

KK

Most RTG casinos have a no max cashout on deposits with a bonus, if nothing is done by Wednesday , giving them time to fix this tech issue and you still have 125.00 in your account , I would pm Maxd as fast as you could say Jackpot:)

Did the 15 free spins have any terms of use on it ?

Congrats on the win:thumbsup:

Hi KK,

No I can't see the T and C's because I took the bonus nor did I take a screenshot but I did contact the rep about this.

I have all the chat recorded, though in my email from chat as 'draft'. because they do not have a 'send to email' button.

I am sure this will be sorted out. I like this group. I trust them to do the right thing.

But just in case......I wanted to bring it here.

Are you saying your balance dropped from $6000 to the $125 all of a sudden? If so was it in the middle of a games session or had you left the casino and come back to find your balance at $125?

Like other have said, there really shouldn't be a max cashout on deposit bonus. I cant really even think of an rtg that does a max cashout on a deposit bonus. I had seen a few in the past do a max cashout when they offer an absurd bonus of like 500-1000% bonus.

I am with the others in making contact the rep. If its an accredited casino then you should be pretty confident things will be fixed, hopefully its just the standard problem of reps not knowing whats really going on.

Yes, my balance did drop from over 6000 to 125...and no I did not log out and back in again...it just happened.

I did contact the rep, so it's a case of wait and see...also I did contact Maxd about this.

Did this offer come thru your message center or was this under the promos?

If it came thru the message and you didn't physically delete it, it should still be there.

I have one for this week from Lucky Red and I just read the T&Cs for it and all it says is that the winnings from the free spins will be added to my cash amount and not deducted from my winnings.

When you get free spins from Slotocash, you don't get them until you bust out or make a withdrawal, I guess. Haven't ever made it that far.

I don't play enough anymore to get offers from a lot of different casinos. LOL!

I'd say give the rep 24 hrs (from the time your first tried to contact them) then proceed directly to the PAB. Please be sure you've read the FAQ (link is in my sig).

I called (rang) the casino and she said at first there is a max cash-out of 125.

I told her that it was a 100% DEPOSIT bonus plus 15 free spins. She kept on saying that is was a max cash-out of 125...I replied that it was insane to have a 100% DEPOSIT bonus with that max cash-out.

She looked again and said that she understood, she THEN saw the DEPOSIT bonus and that they would call me in the next 24 hours....and that my account would be 'updated'....whatever that means.

So?....nearing to the PB.

I will give them another 24 hours before starting a PaB.

@ secret2 : I gather from your recent posts that you've decided not to PAB in favour of pursuing the matter here on the forums. No problem, your choice of course, but do be aware that per the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ the option to PAB is now closed, unless you have a particularly good reason for ignoring the advice given in the FAQ. Just thought you should know where things stand.

I see reeeeems of information on how to do a pab...but I have a problem with my eyesight and it is hard on my eyes to read all the gumpf.

Anyone have a way of making this easier to do?

I am so beside myself for being knocked off before I can start. I am not the most brightest bulb, here.

I believe Max is probably talking about continuing to talk about the problem in the forum. They do not want you speaking about your complaint if you are intending to PAB.

Best advice is to wait for the rep to respond and not talk about it any longer if you are going to use the PAB.

BTW you can go to the gaming reps section to see if the rep has even been on Casinomeister since you sent the message. It shows the last time they visited the forum. You can also send your PM with a read receipt.

I am still confident that if is an accredited casino then it will be resolved. I know its difficult to be patient when you have that much money on the line, but you may have to be patient for a little while longer.

Thanks BMW...I have been a member here, for a few years but still, I am not a genned up casino member. I , perhaps never thought I would be in this situation...so I tend to read the 'lighter' side of this forum.

I guess, I should pay better attention to real casino situations. I think tirileg (sara)is a great example of getting to know the casino ins and outs and progressed so rapidly in her knowledge.

Never meant to upset anyone. I should know better.

So, onwards and upwards. Sorry to Max.

I don't know if it has anything to do with being upset, but more just following the rules.

I personally have never had to PAB, and have not gone through the process, but I do believe that you cannot have an open discussion in the forum about a complaint if you are going to have a future PAB in process or one is in process. It derails the PAB when there is an open discussion complaining, and I am sure it doesn't help CM when their is an ongoing negative rant while CM is trying to negotiate on your behalf.

Once a PAB is complete and not successful I believe you have your right to complain away.

Thanks BMW..I am officially an embarrassed senior member:o;)...still learning the ropes.

My lips are sealed.

Quite so, generally speaking an issue can be bandied about on the forums OR handled via PAB, not both.

@ secret : sorry about the "gumpf" but PABs are non-trivial issues from our point of view and procedures are required in order for the process to run as smoothly as possible. All parties need to know where they stand, hence the FAQ.

The core of the PAB process is described in Section 3, here. You really should read the whole FAQ but if that's not an option then section 3 will more or less put you on the right track. If you screw up though don't blame me: the FAQ is there for a reason, we assume that PABers will read and respect it, especially those that have been around as long as you have. Newbies have half an excuse for not knowing the ropes, forum old timers really don't.

So yeah, stop posting about your issue, wait to hear from the rep. If that doesn't pan out then don't hesitate to PAB (after you've read the FAQ). Simples. :)

If you need help with the PAB (BTW it's Pitch A Bitch not Pitch AND Bitch! ;)) send me a PM, I've done it before and it's really not all that complicated. There's lots of stuff in the faq, but that's to cover anything. Your case seems pretty clear from what I see, if you look at the PAB form you'll see it's fairly simple.

TBH I don't know that it will be necessary, I think it's a mixup and you'll get it straightened out. IF though, they contact you and tell you that after checking there's a max cashout, then I'd be PABing as soon as possible.

Anyhoo, you know where to find me if you need any help!

Lol! Chay! Pitch A Bitch? and not Pitch AND bitch??? ...All this time....lol.

I hope this all works out for you. I can only imagine the emotional roller coaster you must be going through. It certainly does help when others here are supportive!:)

Thanks Beth! Yes, I do feel better now. I felt like a tumbleweed, just whirling around on a desert highway....all alone...:(...just tumbling and rolling with nowhere to go...:(;):D

A bit like the Ikea lamp, that was just abandoned on the sidewalk in the rain in the dark...( I could go on but my lips are sealed)

Don't feel too bad, a while back a PABer thought it meant "Preach And Bitch". Not too sure what that would sound like but the idea of me as a preacher was worth a chuckle.

Slotastic.

I received my winnings of over $6,000. today! I won a RJ of over $ 5800 and I am happy.:)

Yes, this is the casino that had tech issues from another thread and so I called the CS twice and they were investigating the problem and so I received a very nice email from them this morning:

Kudos to Slotastic. Thank-you for listening to me and investigating this error. :)

Nice win! But it is in your account? or in your hand?

Maybe I am reading it wrong............ didn't you say you received your winnings?

Either way, congratulations!

Sorry, Weesie what I meant is that they recognized the problem and credited back into my account but I should receive it very soon. They are pretty quick with payments to 'Debitcard', not to be confused with 'paymycard'. :)

Congratulations girl!

I'm so very happy for you. What are you going to do with it?
A trip to Sweden maybe :D

Enjoy :notworthy

Thanks Sara!! ;)

I wish I could do that, for real!

But my van needs winter tires. My Van is almost paid off. My insurance will be up to date. Jim needs a new muffler. Annie wants some goumet dog food..( she had some dry dog food with home made pea soup last night...she loved it!)

This is so much needed.

Next RJ, for sure! lol:D:thumbsup:

This is how all casinos should be...

Dear Jane,

Thank you for taking the time to respond to our e-mail.

Dear Ashley,

Thank-you so much for investigating this issue! You guys have always been good to me and I will always be a loyal customer of yours.

I know that tech issues may arise, it happens but I am so happy that you did your due diligence and corrected this.

Very kind regards,

Jane

WOW! That is incredible! Congratulations!

I'm so happy for you Secret2. I have still never won an RJ. Who knows--maybe I'm next. Sorry you had to deal with the drama but I felt confident if you were playing on a deposit it would be resolved fairly and justly.

My fear is that when I his that RJ, I'll be playing on a blasted "Free Chip" and will NOT be able to collect but $125. See my recent post:
https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/58698/

Once again Congratulations.

YOU IS KIND, YOU IS SMART, AND YOU IS IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!
