Redbet is doing well

Sorry but this loyalty program you guys got running looks pretty lame to me
so let me get this strait if you deposit $1900 and your not into taking bonus all you get is 10 free spins on a new game that might be worth $2 depending on the lines ?I think comp points would serve loyal player much better as $1900 would be worth a tad more then 2 bux :)

I agree on this Viking. It does not really show any rewarding that way. Compared to mention CWC. At least there after loosing 100$ they will have give a free chip. Or sometimes you get very nice chip with only 2x wagering. Not something I have seen at all from NetENT or Microgaming casinos. Maybe Redbet will be the first??? :p

I am glad for Redbet though, that it is going so well. As I am also working, as affiliate for you guys.

But can see I am helping with your growth. As got a big shock when I checked my account statement.
19 larger deposits and still no withdrawal. Also only had good wins in one of the deposit session. Rest gone zip....

Compared to all the other NetENT casinos I play at. You are the one I have had worst playtime and winnings at (if you can call it winnings that is hehe)

This is not to complain or the usual looser speech. I just though I would give my experience  :sob:

.

I have a question!

Those of you who are playing at Redbet. Do you only use Redbet or do you occasionally also use their sister brands as well, for example Whitebet?

(I believe you only can claim one welcome bonus within the group).

I also have had a good first experience with redbet.

I had never heard of them until rainmakers post here, and since I trust his judgement they are a good casino I thought I would give them a try as I hardly ever play netent games.

Deposited over the weekend.....took the option 2 bonus and then low rolled on video slots....I musta been one of the lucky ones cos I made the WR! lowrolled the whole way on video slots and got to the end... albeit with only a tiny balance lol. Anyway I thought to test the payment quickness and put my withdrawl in. Came through today so no problems there. Not only that but all the t+c was easy to find on the website and the whole system worked well. Big thumbs up from me and I hope they become accredited here.

One question, rainmaker said above you can only claim a sign up at one of their group....is this true redbet andy? I couldnt see this line in the t+c but I want to check. I've had such a good experience I am wanting to try again!

.

Great to see that you had a good first experience with Redbet :D

I am sure Andy will reply to your question, but this is the rule I was talking about:

Redbet Gaming Ltd reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if the customer or any person in the customers household has previously received a similar or equal bonus on one of our other brands. This applies to both sportsbetting and casino bonuses.

It means (as I understand it) that you can not claim a new welcome bonus at for example Withebet if you already have claimed a welcome bonus at Redbet.

Please correct me Redbet-Andy

I did not know they had a sister Casino until I saw this thread. I signed up and contacted Live Help about claiming the Welcome Bonus. I was told I could....

At a later stage, the same agent happened to be on Chat after I had deposited and claimed the bonus. The Agent advised me that he had made an Error and that I was only allowed to claim it at One Site, but given the nature of the circumstances (he said I could), I was allowed to keep it :D ..

In any event, I like the layout of Whitebet - Just like Redbet and there are no issues with them either.

Thanks for the replies rainmaker and nate.

I hadnt seen that line before rainmaker, thanks for the copy paste - looks pretty much like a no but thats fair enough, i'll just stick to redbet then if i fancy netent games.

It is listed under General Bonus Terms in their General T&C. But these bonus rules are not easy to find as they are the bottom of their T&C. Redbet may want to make them more visible :)

Just a quick heads. Redbet Holding has now has changed its name to Nordic Leisure.

This only means that all references on redbet.com (and other brands) to Redbet Holding have been changed to Nordic Leisure. For example at the bottom of the page where it now says "Redbet Gaming Ltd is part of the Nordic Leisure group".

They have done it to avoid confusion between redbet.com and Redbet Holding as people have a tendency to mix these together.

A thumbs-up for Redbet from me

Last week I got a PM from Andy offering me an NDB and a match-up bonus at Redbet if I'd let him know my user ID at the casino. I hadn't asked him for anything, he was just responding to a post I'd made on the forums that I was finding their email offers pretty uninspiring and wasn't much motivated to deposit there again. (I deposited the full 200EUR for their 100% 200EUR SUB and busted out a country mile before getting anywhere close to meeting the WR, it was a bit of a tawdry session, truth be told.)

I thanked him for this offer, passed on my user ID and indeed he did come back to me with an NDB and a decent bonus offer with a sensible WR. The NDB in particular was far more generous than I was expecting, with a fair WR attached.

So I set about the NetEnt slots at Redbet and finally had that nice little run on NetEnt slots that has completely eluded me up to now.

Nothing massively exciting stakes wise, just my usual low-rolling at 30-60cents per spin, and nothing overly exciting wins wise, although there were quite a few hits in the region of 100x stake, and a nice 125x stake hit on Starburst.

I got decent sessions out of Dead or Alive, Starburst, Beach (this one is growing on me), Jack & The Beanstalk (I love this slot, the free spins round is genius), Zombies, Mega Fortune (got to have a go haven't you :D) and Thunderfist.

Was able to make a withdrawal of 300EUR from the NDB after meeting the WR, and as soon as that is paid I'll be depositing straight back in to have another play there.

Needless to say this level of service from Redbet and Andy has much impressed me. He didn't have to contact me and offer me an NDB or a bonus, and TBH I wasn't expecting to meet the WR on the NDB, but I did appreciate the gesture. In fact, having taken the NDB, I'd already pre-loaded the card I use to fund my Neteller account with 200EUR in anticipation of busting out on the NDB so that I could immediately deposit to take advantage of the bonus offer he'd sent me, but as it turns out that isn't required at this time.

Point being, with this proactive customer service Andy has basically got Redbet a customer for the foreseeable future. Whenever I fancy playing NetEnt slots from now on, Redbet will get my deposits, simple as that. No doubt all my sessions won't be as lucky as this one has been (it was a fair few hours play spread over two evenings), but I don't mind bad luck, that happens with gambling, I do however appreciate good, active, responsive customer service from a casino and those are the casinos who get my money.

If my experience is indicative of how Redbet generally do business, then it's no surprise to me that they're doing well :)

Thanks for sharing your experience ChopleyIOM and congratulations on your withdrawal from the ND bonus

Nice to see that you finally had a good NetEnt run. Hope to see some more NetEnt games on your Youtube channel as well :D

Yeah that's definitely the plan, next up for the channel is a proper edited together NetEnt session, I was intending to do that with my first RedBet deposit but TBH it was so dismal there wasn't much to really edit together afterwards  (And the last NetEnt videos I did before that were prior to me getting Sony Vegas Movie Studio, so they were just straight uploads from my phone rather than any sort of proper edited together 'presentation'.)

I'm still in a kind of 'low intensity' online gaming phase at the moment though, after a few mad months earlier this year  But I think I'll dust the old camera off, take the bonus offer that Andy sent me, and finally give NetEnt slots the full 'Chopley Treatment' in the next couple of weeks - although I make it sound better than it is there, as in all honesty that just involves me drinking too much wine and gibbering in front of my PC, whilst listening to overly loud trance.

But yes, it was nice to get a decent run on NetEnt slots, they always 'felt' capable of it but it just hadn't happened up to now :)

I have made a few deposits now and unfortunately am losing at redbet but it does not bother me, my experiences continue to be positive....

I think their WR on their bonuses is fair (35x bonus and max 5 euro bet are reasonable imo) and when I did manage to make a withdrawl it was paid extremely fast. Since I started playing there they have offered me bonuses every weekend and live support has been helpful.

Infact I have enjoyed it so much I have preemptively sent in my ID to be verified as I can see myself making this my no 1 netent casino - and I never found one I really really liked before! (although to be fair, unibet and mrgreen are both decent)

Aww thanks folks.
Can I just point out for future reference that if I give you a bonus you're not actually supposed to bloody well win with it!

Andy

Awesome stuff, Redbet paid me overnight and the money is in my Neteller account, so that's under 12 hours for a payout, overnight Friday-Saturday

No fuss, no hassle.

(It may have been a lot quicker than that, I don't know exactly when the payment was made.)

Aww thanks folks.

Sorry about that ;)

If it's any consolation I've immediately gone back and deposited 200EUR to carry on playing with :) Plus Redbet are the only Netent casino for me from now on.

If we work on the assumption that all Netent slots play the same at any casino running their software, then it comes down to choosing the casino based on their service, payouts, transparency with their customers etc.

So as it is with MG there's no reason to play anywhere other than 32Red (not that I play MG any more), for Netent games I now don't see the reason to play anywhere other than Redbet.

Good luck with your play! As I mentioned in a jackpot thread. The jackpot on Super Lucky Frog is over €60 000 at Redbet, so I would definitely have tried some €0.25 spins on that game. Although it has a very low RTP compared to other NetEnt games.

Boo!

Triggered the jackpot round, had never seen it before so wasn't sure if triggering it guaranteed me at least the FROGGY jackpot.

Not the case though, as the red segments on the wheel quickly made clear! :D

93% is a very low RTP for a NetEnt slot but since I've redeposited from my winnings on the NDB I may as well lump away at it for a bit!

Yeah, it is low RTP. It is the kind of game where you most likely only will profit if you win one of the jackpots. It always eats my money when I play, but I have also hit the Lucky Jackpot at around €1000 on a 0.25 bet before (think it was at Nordicbet). Also had the Froggy Jackpot a couple of times. The Lucky Jackpot at Redbet is over €2000 which also is a decent amount.

Hope to see a Jackpot screenshot :D

Well I've had the wheel bonus about ten times already, (put a fair few hundred spins through it), needless to say it's landed in red every time.

Outside of the wheel bonus round it's not the most exciting slot in the world, to say the least. NetEnt have far better slots than this to play so I think I'll move on to something else for now :D

I think it's probably the kind of slot to just chuck the odd hundred spins at here and there, a bit like Tunzamunni.

I've only lost about 30 euros on it though playing 50 cent spins, so it hasn't hurt my bankroll too much.

Don't spoil the outcome though, a lot of people (including myself) are waiting for the video ;)

.50 is too high on this one Chopley. No need to go higher than .25 as I think you have the same chance of hitting the jackpot :D

Balthazar: Yeah...I am also looking forward to his next video. NetEnt or not, I always enjoy his videos

I highly doubt it. On any progressive slot, the chance of hitting the jackpot increases with increasing bet size. Just because NetEnt "forgot" to put that in the paytable, doesn't mean it isn't so. A certain percentage of each bet goes into the jackpot. Larger bets pay more into the jackpot per spin, and therefore have a proportioanally greater chance of hitting the jackpot.

Search Dogboy's old posts on the subject. He explained why it's impossible to have it any other way.

If Redbet Andy wants to make a real contribution to the forum, I challenge him to reveal the following information:

1) The percentage of each bet that goes into the jackpots
2) The probability of hitting each jackpot by bet size

If a casino cares at all about transparency, this type of information should be made available. IMO it's equally important as RTP. Unfortunately, I suspect the odds of hitting jackpots are far longer than the casinos care to reveal. That's why they don't put it in the paytable or help files.

Yea my opinion is based on the paytable that is available to players, so I can not argue with you on this one as I have no other inside information (or knowledge about this subject). If anybody has evidence of something else, then please feel free to share. Until then I will assume that you have the same chance of hitting the jackpot regardless of bet size on this game :)

I think that Andy already is contributing a lot on this forum. He has proven to be a very helpful guy that certainly is listening to players based on feedback on this forum. Not sure if we really can expect that he reveals the information you are asking about. Not sure if he even knows the answers himself.

You are of course free to base your assumption on thin air if it were so, but personally I tend to listen when people who make a living out of designing slot machines explain how they work. What bothers me is that you're posting this information as if it were fact, when it really is unfounded speculation which goes against common knowledge of how progressive slots work.

I agree that Andy is seems like a competent man who is willing to listen to players. That's why I'm asking. Maybe he could even make a request to NetEnt to put this information in paytables/help files for progressive slots?

On just about any lottery in the world, the odds of hitting is made public. Why should it be any different for progressive slots? I don't think any players would be against having this information.
