Hi,
i made few deposits to ninecasino, got verification and then made few succesful withdrawals. Last week i tried to withdraw money from the casino, but they seem to avoid it, feels like I got scammed. They wanted new verification and i provided them with document needed, i requested for withdrawal and after that they blocked withdrawal and asked for new document. This went on like 3-4 times and after this they asked me to provide them with photos of credit card that ends with 9781, that i never owned and never used for deposits to ninecasino. I made like 20 tickets with their support, but they seemed like they never read the text of my ticket and they just again asked 20 times for photos of that card. Also i think asking for photos of both sides of the card is pretty suspicious. For clarification I made all deposits from same account and previous withdrawals as well. This withdrawal i made to same account I always used too. Now their support must have made mistake, but they said that they can see that to my revolut account i made deposits with 9781 card. Which might be true, because for deposits to revolut i use one-time virtual disposable card from my main bank in Slovakia that they offer as "safe online payment". I dont even know how they know with which card i deposited to revolut, but it is unimportant.
I feel like they dont want to pay me off my funds and they are doing everything possible so they dont pay me my money. Im scared because I have there 1044 euro, which is significant amount to me. Also i feel like all those verifications are just scam. They wanted my ID, multiple bank statements, transaction statements, proof of funds etc.. Normal KYC is just proof of address and bank statement and i have never ever had issue with any other online casino withdrawal. Im not laundering money or doing any kind of illegal activity. If they are suspicious why dont they report my to police? Honestly I feel like it would be easier to explain situation to them, than to their retarded support team that doesnt understand a word i write.
So I would like to kindly ask: Is ninecasino scam ? How can i reach my money back? Its important amount to me. Has anyone ever had issues with this particular casino?
