Hi,
I just want to let you know that I was involved in scamming scheme from CasinoRewards . If you go on webmaster forums these days, you will find thousands of accounts from decent, honest people who say that some online casinos scammed them. Here is my story about CasinoRewards and how they scammed me, hoping that you will not make my mistakes to play in this casino network.
Usually I am not playing in online casino, since I am poker player i know very well that the math is not in my favour in these casino games. So one day i received a bonus promotion, telling me that if i deposit at least 1 eur, i will get immediately 20 eur.I read the terms of the promo telling me that i will be able to withdraw my money once i put at least 1000 eur on risk.
So I decided to deposit and have some fun, never expecting NOT to lose my money. However, after i reached the bonus requirements i had like 600++ EUR in my account, so i decided to request cashout for 550 EURto my moneybookers account. The rest of the money i lost in different games.I read in their FAQ, that they need from 1 to 2 business days to approve the payment and send the money.... After 4 business days i contacted their live support asking them what happend with my money. They said that i have to send them ID copies, CC copies and Utillity Bill for the account verification.Thats not really a problem so i sent these documents right away. The problem was that they are supposed to contact me through email or phone to ask me for the documents, right? In stead they just waited for me to reach their live support... here is where the things start getting messy.
After 4-5 days my account was locked and all my winnings confiscated. The reason is that the name of my Moneybookers account and the name of my casino account are different    .
I sent them like 4-5 emails wanting to get some kind of proof that the names are different. Most of the time they are ignoring me, but sometimes send me back an answer with 1 sentence which is something like that
"As we have advised you we have concluded our investigation on your account." .I told them that I am willing to send them screenshots proving that the names of my accounts are same, but they are simply ignoring me.
Here is the screenshot from my CasinoRewards account where you can see my name:

And here is my Moneybookers screenshot where you can also see my name:

I am sending the link of this thread to their support now, really hoping they will finally stop ignoring me and answer in frount of all the members here.
Thanks.

As soon as i posted in a few casino forums about my issue, they respond that i have changed my Moneybookers name.
I hope you know that changing your name in Moneybookers is absolutely impossible.
You can call the Moneybookers support and they will assure you that my name has never been changed.
I really hope guys that you will help me fix that issue because CasinoRewards are simply ignoring me which is kind of gross.Hope you will send them mail asking about my problem.
Thanks

I'm not really sure what you are expecting forum members to help you with? Perhaps Bryan (Casinomeister) or maxd (the Pitch-A-Bitch guy)can help, have you PMed them to ask for help (both of their names appear in blue)?

I am not expecting anything.
Actually i have really good memories from CasinoRewards and its kind of sad for me to open this thread, but I am helpless in this matter.
Hope that the whole story will be solved soon and if CasinoRewards prove i am wrong i will send them appologies.
I just want them to stop ignoring me because its really annoying.
Thanks

Sorry, I probably could have worded it a little better... Bryan and maxd could possibly give you some suggestions on how to proceed. Casino rewards does have a rep here, Bingo T provided the link , if you don't get anywhere with the rep you can always try to PAB.

I notice the Moneybookers is Mr Momchil Dobrev... perhaps this is what got it kicked. Anyone should be able see that this title of Mr doesn't make you a different person.

Renee is a pretty good rep, I hope she can sort it for you.

Sometimes casinos need to use a little common sense. But sometimes they are just looking for excuses to void payment.

Hi Momchil

I went through this case yesterday as a rep of another website contacted me because you also posted there.
As I said to him, moneybookers has confirmed with our fraud team that you changed the name on the moneybookers account (I know this is possible because I did it in my account yesterday). I have also sent this to Max Drayman in case you decide to PAB.

Your only recourse would be to contact ecogra if you are unhappy with this decision.

Cheers
Renee
This is what i got from Renee,
now i am contacting with Moneybookers and i will prove that my name has never been changed.
Also Renee, could you please tell me how someone could change his name.It is absolutely forbidden and absolutely impossible to do it.I guess you have not enough experience with moneybookers.

I just checked my account. Seems the only details I can change are address, phone and e-mail.

I assume you may be able to change your name via CS but I'm sure they will need some updated ID though.

Edit: On a side note: Some casinos don't realize you can add as many e-mail addresses as you like to your MB account.
Not so long ago I was making a deposit at an accredited casino.
It had been a while since my last deposit there, so they still listed my old MB e-mail address.
Even though it's still connected to my MB accunt, the actual e-mail service was canceled years ago.
I didn't realize so I just went ahead and made my deposit.
When it didn't appear in my account, I contacted CS who told me the deposit would be refunded since
the MB e-mail didn't match my address at the casino.
Long story short lol, I did manage to get hold of someone higher up and sent them a screenshot of
my MB profile so they could see that both e-mail adresses were connected to the same account.

Freddy

I looked in google for a while, and it appears that there is a way to change your name, but you need to send all kind of documentations before you can do that.
But how I said i have never changed my Moneybookers name and i will prove it.
I already sent email to Moneybookers to confirm that my name has never been changed, from the moment i created the account till now.
Just let me get the response and i will let you know.
Thanks

As Renee mentioned earlier she has contacted me regarding this player's issue. I'm discussing it with her now and will report back here later. I will say this though: if there is proof of the name change the OP will likely get booted for life from CM for being a liar and a fraudster; if there is NO proof of the name change then the issue is probably in limbo until either the OP shows documentation from MB that there was no name change OR the OP takes the issue to eCOGRA as Renee suggested.

Either way a thread title change is in order since (a) it's intentionally inflammatory (to pressure the casino perhaps?) and (b) the OP's claim is being disputed by the casino peeps.

I do have a Moneybooker`s account but rarely use it, however, I was somewhat intrigued that in these times of fraud, identity theft, scams and cons, that a merchant bank would knowingly let a customer change their account name, so I rang Moneybooker`s up, and lo and behold (I will use capslock now for added effect).......

YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE ACCOUNT NAME AT MONEYBOOKERS, NO IFS OR BUTS......

Case closed.

Sorry, case NOT closed. From what I have seen what you say is not at all true. For reference see

The OP follows this by saying "Ok it appears that there is a way to change your moneybookers name. ...."

These are (some of) the reasons why I'm discussing this with the casino rep.

But If there is no proof, I insist to get an apology from Renee.
And since she lies that she has proof from MB that i have changed my name, will she be booted for life from CM for being a liar too?
And finally will i get my money back, or CasinoRewards will think another way to stole my money?

And btw,
the process of changing the MB name is from 20 to 40 days. And MB need a reason for changing the name.
For example you need to send documents that you actualy are changing your name in the real life.
Case closed!

The woman I spoke to stated that in cases involving divorces, marriages etc that it would take a whole heap of respective certificates and a fair time, and the slight off chance there has been a clerical error and a slightly misspelt Fore or Christian name, or changing your name by deed poll, in these circumstances yes, a name can be changed, (I should have stated this, my bad), but it would take a whole heap of time and documents for a male (especially) to change their name completely.

If I were you, I would now let Max do his job, in the mean time get explicit proof from MB that you have never changed your name ;).

Good point...Renee should be booted for life by Maxd if it turns out that she lied. Otherwise, we have double standards here.

And don't take this case to Ecogra, as Renee suggested. It is just a waste of time since Ecogra will support ANY casino rewards claim. Go straight to Moneybookers.

Admin warning - chill out

Just a note to momchildobrev

You need to chill out. Any more comments of "scams" and "liars" will earn you a vacation from this site. I don't appreciate newbies coming here and ignoring our guidelines on posting complaints. The casino rep is a long time respected member of this site. Don't harass her.

I just called to my local Moneybookers support ( in Bulgaria ) to ask them for this information, but the woman from the phone told me that she has no right to give this information by the phone. She adviced me to send a ticket from my MB account.I did that yesterday so still waiting for an answer.

Did you ask if they give such confirmation at all? Because I fear maybe they would not even give. Why haven't you asked?

Anyway as this case is not closed, we can figure out predictions, and to tell the truth I would not be suprised if it turned out the player was cheated. I have already complained a lot about how CasinoRewards is misleading players with their reward scheme, I have already experienced misleading by the support, and about 2 years ago I also heard about a case from Zodiac Casino that some guy won 200$ on a ND promo, and he never received that money after the withdrawal was repoted to have been processed by the support. I ignored that case when I enumerated problems about Casino Rewards, but this case seems to be similar to that, so with such a history I wouldn't be surprised if the player would be right. Also Renée is quite cynical when it comes to problems accoarding to my experience, so I would also not be surprised if she gave an inappropriate answer. I also wonder how she could change her name so fast, if she did it yesterday?

By the way, isn't it possible that this guy typed his name wrongly either in MB or at Casino Rewards, and that causes the problems? It already happened to me that I typed a wrong letter in my address on signup at a casino, I was warned about it on security check, but without any hassle the address was corrected by the staff and my cashout was approved.

I think you can rest assured that if it was a matter of changing a letter here or there the people now involved in this -- which includes Bryan and I -- are discriminating enough to see that as something different than an actual name change.

That said, the OP has categorically stated that _no_ name change was ever done so there would be questions about why he said that if in fact it had been done.
