Hello again My name is *snip*

A few days ago I had a situation occur where the account that I was playing on which I had put my own money on and one money on was closed and my winnings forfeited because of an assumid duplicate account that I had, however the reason why I was playing with the account that you guys decided to close on me after asking for my information was because I couldn't get into my previous account I tried multiple times tried to get a hold of you guys tried to get it all figure out or find a way to get into that account which never happened you guys kept asking me for two screenshots of transactions that occurred on that account which I sent in to you but you said we're not accurate before you wouldn't let me back into that account and I was advised at that point in time that the only other thing I could do was make a new account since I couldn't access the one that I currently had so I did and then when I finally went some money I tried to cash it out $450 dollars then at that point in time when that account was closed I was told by your representative that I'm only allowed to have one account associated with my name on my phone or with my IP address so I thought what he was saying was since you guys close that account and I was hoping that you had closed the original account that it was okay for me to open a new account as long as it was the only account that I had that being said I opened a new account *snip* only for you guys to pull the same stunt on me and tell me that I had a duplicate account when I know for a fact that any account which I did not make that I found which was associated with my name I had closed then I'm being told by your staff that that account which was never opened by me but I found which I closed before I tried to cash out my winnings was told that it had been used and that I had violated your terms and conditions your terms and conditions clearly state that if I'm found to have duplicate accounts you guys would yes close my account and forfeit any moneys I had in that account however it is also unethical and completely fraudulent for y'all to allow me to make deposits into that account and play with my own money then the moment I win off of my money cuz it wasn't a bonus I won off of it was my money and trying to cash it out you guys turn around and do this crap I had won $900 It was actually a thousand and something but I cashed out $900 was told by email that it was accepted it was successful and it was processed only for you guys to tell me that my account had been closed and my money had been forfeited that is not okay that is thievery at its best I don't want to get legal involved but I will if I have to and I do not want to badmouth you or make bad reviews on you guys with mga Curacao Gaming Authority and other platform.s but will if I have to but more so than that I won't stop until I've either been given my account back so I can continue to play with my original deposit or my winnings which were supposed to have been processed and added to my account by now but y'all are trying to be conniving thieves and coming up with some bogus bullshit about why I can't withdraw my own money My own money If there's anybody out there who can actually help me out with this I would greatly appreciate it because this is ridiculous I have put thousands of dollars in on this platform only to be disrespected and made to look like a rule breaker when im just trying to have fun well making a little extra cash but it sucks when I put my trust and my money in your hands and this is the outcome that I get so please if you can help me out again I would greatly appreciate it I would hate to have to become vindictive and spiteful but I will if I have to

However the reason why I was playing with this new account was that bitstarz decided to close my old one after asking for my information.

I couldn't get into my previous account and after trying multiple times to get a hold of bitstarz so that we could get it all figured out, I was unable to. Bitstarz kept asking me for two screenshots of transactions that occurred on that account which I did send but they said the screenshots were not accurate.

At this point, I was advised at that the only other thing I could do was make a new account since I couldn't access the one that I currently had, which is what I did.

When I finally won some money, I tried to cash out $450 and then thats when my account was closed. I was told by a bitstarz representative that I'm only allowed to have one account associated with my name, phone or IP address. I was led to believe that opening a new account was okay, as long as the old account was closed. I know for a fact they did not find other accounts associated with my name so it could only have been the one I had closed. Then I'm being told by bitstarz staff that an account which wasn't opened by me but that I found and closed before I tried to cash out my winnings was used and that I had violated their terms and conditions.

The terms clearly state that if I'm found to have duplicate accounts you guys would close my account and forfeit any money I had in that account. However it is unethical and completely fraudulent for Bitstarz to allow me to make deposits into that account and play with my own money then the moment I win off of my money (no bonus involved) and try to cash it out Bitstarz guys turn around and do this crap!

I had won $900, although it was actually $1000+ but I cashed out $900. I was told by email that it was accepted, successful and processed only for Bitstarz to tell me that my account had been closed and my money had been forfeited, that is not okay! That is thievery at its best!

I don't want to get legally involved but I will if I have to. I do not want to badmouth Bitstarz or make bad reviews with the MGA*, Curaçao Gaming Control Board or other platforms but I will if I have to. In addition to that, I won't stop until either one of the below happens:
  • I have been given my account back so I can continue to play with my original deposit
  • I have received my winnings, which were supposed to have been processed and in my bank already
Bitstarz are trying to be conniving thieves and coming up with some bogus bullshit about why I can't withdraw my own money. My own money! If there's anybody out there who can actually help me out with this I would greatly appreciate it as this is ridiculous. So please if you can help me out again I would greatly appreciate it. I would hate to have to become vindictive and spiteful but I will if I have to says menacingly

Where? If you're referring to the typo in 'platform.s' that is not a full stop as it's not closing off a sentence. Back to English classes.

It is most often used to close off a sentence, the symbol itself is a full stop and has several purposes, although none were used in this instance.

Despite it being a typo, it is still present!

I definitely didn't just CTRL-F for a "." and then not bother to zoom in and read it.
