A few days ago I had a situation occur where the account that I was playing on which I had put my own money on and one money on was closed and my winnings forfeited because of an assumid duplicate account that I had, however the reason why I was playing with the account that you guys decided to close on me after asking for my information was because I couldn't get into my previous account I tried multiple times tried to get a hold of you guys tried to get it all figure out or find a way to get into that account which never happened you guys kept asking me for two screenshots of transactions that occurred on that account which I sent in to you but you said we're not accurate before you wouldn't let me back into that account and I was advised at that point in time that the only other thing I could do was make a new account since I couldn't access the one that I currently had so I did and then when I finally went some money I tried to cash it out $450 dollars then at that point in time when that account was closed I was told by your representative that I'm only allowed to have one account associated with my name on my phone or with my IP address so I thought what he was saying was since you guys close that account and I was hoping that you had closed the original account that it was okay for me to open a new account as long as it was the only account that I had that being said I opened a new account *snip* only for you guys to pull the same stunt on me and tell me that I had a duplicate account when I know for a fact that any account which I did not make that I found which was associated with my name I had closed then I'm being told by your staff that that account which was never opened by me but I found which I closed before I tried to cash out my winnings was told that it had been used and that I had violated your terms and conditions your terms and conditions clearly state that if I'm found to have duplicate accounts you guys would yes close my account and forfeit any moneys I had in that account however it is also unethical and completely fraudulent for y'all to allow me to make deposits into that account and play with my own money then the moment I win off of my money cuz it wasn't a bonus I won off of it was my money and trying to cash it out you guys turn around and do this crap I had won $900 It was actually a thousand and something but I cashed out $900 was told by email that it was accepted it was successful and it was processed only for you guys to tell me that my account had been closed and my money had been forfeited that is not okay that is thievery at its best I don't want to get legal involved but I will if I have to and I do not want to badmouth you or make bad reviews on you guys with mga Curacao Gaming Authority and other platform.s but will if I have to but more so than that I won't stop until I've either been given my account back so I can continue to play with my original deposit or my winnings which were supposed to have been processed and added to my account by now but y'all are trying to be conniving thieves and coming up with some bogus bullshit about why I can't withdraw my own money My own money If there's anybody out there who can actually help me out with this I would greatly appreciate it because this is ridiculous I have put thousands of dollars in on this platform only to be disrespected and made to look like a rule breaker when im just trying to have fun well making a little extra cash but it sucks when I put my trust and my money in your hands and this is the outcome that I get so please if you can help me out again I would greatly appreciate it I would hate to have to become vindictive and spiteful but I will if I have to
