PlumGaming withholding payments while inquiring into supposed 'bot' play.

By saying, after many weeks of inquiry, that they still had reservations about my account, they were getting scarily close of a clear cut accusation, but they never went that far.

Still, I agree that a simple word of excuse would have been appropriate.

That said, I can confirm that I am now paid in full!

It's a simple question, did you use a bot or not. Either they have a means to prove it, or they are just stalling because they just cannot ever tell for sure. It seems that they have no way of determining whether bots were used or not, and are spending "forever" on what surely must be an insignificant issue, since bots do not alter the odds of the game, only the speed and consistency of play.
If there was no advantage gained by the use of bots, why are they spending so long, and presumably so much, on this investigation that can NEVER prove anything beyond suspicion.
Are they merely looking at the bottom line, and using this investigation as a means to reduce their liabilities, and pay only those players who REALLY put the heat on.
