PlayOJO help, waiting over 48 hours for a response

I've been able to send multiple pictures of my identification to them as asked and even with waiting over 48 hours for a response I'm still awaiting an email to validate my ID and also transfer my winnings.

Please help as all forms of communication have been ignored.
All I would like is my winnings as I've done all that has been asked of me.
