bc.game - $1780 withdrawal stuck over 5 days

Pls help me get my money from bc.game as more time passes by the hope of getting my money back is decreasing. I have done over 50 deposits and over 50 withdrawal at bc.game but the largest win and largest withdrawal is stuck inr 110000 in withdrawing stage since 28th June 2023. Bc.game said initially pls wait 24 hours then 24 to 48 hours and then 72 hours and turn 5 days and now five days have passed and still response is stock copy paste. They are not giving my money, on same day they processed a small amount of inr 500 in 30 mins but this amount of 110000 inr is being held by them.
I have no money except for this and despite telling them multiple times they are not processing my withdrawal and I have no options and am desperate, I don't have a job since many years and right now I don't have any money even for expenses, I need urgent help.

It does say up to three business days to process, and we just passed a weekend. And that is for their internal withdrawal process I'm pretty sure. I am guessing once the payment is wired it's going to take a couple of more days - but what I can gather, they're on track.

I have asked them and told them I am ready to pay even 2 percent conversion fee but they are not doing and there is no proper response except for waiting like 24 hours or 48 hours and now over 5 days passed and they are still saying contact us after five business days.

Once this cashout was under process I even deposited more and lost at the site and still more in live casino and now I am broke with no money gambling since 12 years and I have nothing left except for this cashout.

Sounds like its something to do with Fiat withdrawals, never tried them ,used BTC at first , now litecoin,all transactions gone through
like clockwork. BC games seems to be a very slick and organised casino and I cant see them delaying payments for any reason.

On this alone I would steer clear from BC until things are resolved.

cashed out last Friday morning around 3am - was processed within 2 minutes and after going through usual chain in my wallet - money was in my bank around 4.30am. Always gonna be a risk with any crypto but never try withdraw fiat - crypto only and always use a decent vpn. Unless something has suddenly changed with Bc casino ?
