How long should I wait for withdraw to be processed

Would someone be able to help me please. I won just over 90k. On an online site who is UKGC registered. Its been a 11 days so far and just keep being told the payments team are working hard to get my payment processed but I'm not getting any updates from them its always me going on the live chat to ask. I provided my id and address before this big win and it was verified. I have withdrew smaller amounts from them previously and they were processed within 48 hours. Just wondering how long I should keep waiting for or what my next steps should be.

But 90k is a bunch of money so maybe its being verifed by provider ?
Other way shouldnt take that long

No worries but naming the casino some have most likely played there so they know the payoit time and or there might be rep here for that casino
Maybe since its a large chunk of money you might think its bad naming the casino as it might delay it even further but i actually see it the other way around a quick payout for 90k should be a good ad gor any casino

I won a considerable amount 100K+, when, Aussies could still play Quickspin slots. I found it hilarious that my payout was being delayed because Quickspin needed time to check if my wins were legit.

Would they check this if I'd lost $100K

I was fortunate to hold VIP status, and be on good terms with my VIP host. I was paid in 48 hours, in full. He did mention, non-vip players have waited up to 3 weeks to have their winnings cleared by QS. Sorry, I'm not savvy about other software provider protocols. Just thought this maybe the case.

I guess I will just have to wait and see what happens. I keep speaking on the live chat and am getting the same replies from them so I might try emailing them instead to see if a different department can give me more information on what I'm waiting for.

The withdrawals were processed today and the money is in my bank. There is still one payment that hasn't reached my bank yet but iv had the processed confirmation email so should be in within the 6 days they state .
