Hi can any one help? I’ve recently made a withdrawal from All British Casino and despite already being verified through their verification partner they still asked for further documentation, which I provided 4 days ago. First they said it would take 24 hours to review, then 24-48 hours, then a bit longer and this morning a bit longer due to an influx of documentation coming in!

I’m just not buying it, it should take this long. The withdrawal is just over £1k.

Can anyone help? I’m not sure what to do.

Thanks

Tim

What image, please PM - that is a breach privacy breach which I will be reporting to the relevant authorities.

Surely not a privacy breach if it is him posting his own personal information? Not a clever thing to do so, as Dunover said.

And even if it was private information between himself and you, as he is no data controller, then there is nothing to report to the authorities?
