Playojo - Does support exist?

Going on 4 days now without the ability to withdraw but deposit non stop......convenient.

No reason give, I checked verified page and it listed two documents which I supplied 2 days back and wa approved and still no ability to withdraw. Doesn't state what else it needs, no email from them and live chat never answers or works, 2 emails gone without a reply.

Does this casino even operate?

Thanks, they won't allow me to withdraw to any payment method says they want documents but ones they asked for I sent and approved.

go talk to them on twitter, all time I had problem I take to them on twitter, CS on casino u never get replay, they run like 20 casinos with same staff

I have not played Playojo for several months being I'm in Ontario Canada too many games are restricted so waiting for them to get the Ontario license.
I love the casino and the VIP treatment however they are slow on payouts and even slower on responding to emails. A-lister is to have prompt service but most time doesn't exist and waiting for CS to get back to you takes days even if they even get back to you as many times I had send a follow up email to remind them. Certainly the worst CS of any casino I have played at but you do get paid, the 0 wager requirement is great and the cash back you earn on your play is yours with no wagering,great BD gifts etc.

even under $1000 they hold withdraw, my last withdraw in Ojo was 3 day
