    this has to be the WORST casino I've ever signed upto.

    1) constantly logging me out
    2) Telling me already logged in but don't show logged in
    3) Close a game and constantly saying I have a game to resume so rebooting same game over and over and over and over and OVER AND OVER AND OVER
    4) Annoying to find games and browse the site
    5) Annoying to close a game

    What exactly is this casino being given the chance to be accredited for? It's a joke when some top casinos don't get same chance. I actually could not withdraw or find withdraw button cause the game kept loading up. In a sense FORCING me to lose my money. Instead I had to log out, now says I'm already logged in. So my measly £10 deposit now sits at £20 which I want. But this site can't even allow this simple task. Will never use this site again.

    I love how it won't let you access ANYTHING whilst a game is open bar the deposit button.

    Now I finally got past error I now go to withdrawal page and get error saying please close all open games and error. Lol this casino does not want you to withdraw.

    It's the same at their sister site Drueck Glueck, and has been for months and months. But noting seems to have been done about it.
    I've had thunderstruck constantly loading for weeks now. and I've previously had to contact CS, many times to get them to sort it out.
    So I've just left it and stopped depositing there.

    Their loss....

    But if it is an exact copy of Drueck Glueck, If you click on 'more options' in that deposit window, it will bring up the main menu window, where you can make your withdrawal.
    Unfortunately, it still won't get rid of the game which is constantly insisting on loading

    Nah, that doesn't work.

    The problem is with their servers, which have convinced themselves that there is an incomplete game, when there isn't.

    They know of this issue but it isn't fixed? So how do I withdraw without turning up at the casinos house? Genuinely not being sarcastic I see no work around and live chat is not on.

    It's happened to me at Drueck Glueck, every time I've played there since they added MGS.

    I'll hazard a guess that it's an MGS game that's insisting on loading ???

    Bugs and issues are a very typical issue with new ventures as far as I have experienced. Either you roll with it while highlighting these problems or you sit back until they find their legs properly.
    My basic stance is to support new casino's who the meister identifies as worthy to give it a go.
    Its a big part of why I am here because I know feck all about the science of it all compare to most posters.

    It maybe a new venture. But the're using an existing buggy platform

    This bug appears to be on ALL their sites and has been for months.
    CS are quite used to sorting it out, and can do it fairly quickly, when they're online.

    But other than than, nothing seems to have been done about it

    I can definitely vouch for the tech issues. SkillOnNet casinos are notoriously awful when it comes to, well, more or less everything. It's a shame, given the good selection of games and offers.

    I hope they can fix up the platform sooner or later.

    Ive also had that issue many times.
    Ive told CS about it.
    Thats 1 of the reasons why i dont play at any of their casinos so much anymore.

    I've made 2 withdrawals from DrueckGlueck but both times had to contact CS because I can't withdraw while a game is in play :confused:
    I really don't understand what difference that would make to withdrawing.

    On both occasions I had, apparently, closed the mobile casino without properly closing a game (MGS of course). And of course I could happily deposit all I want :rolleyes:
    I played a bit earlier at Playojo and had no problems. So far...

    Instead of whining about it, how about making a suggestion - or something constructive that might add to the site? And what "top" casinos? You're not referring to WHC, Ladbrokes or the like, right?

    I find it really strange that this casino can be in the BBF. They know their platform is full of bugs that affect players at their other brands, yet they pop out even a new brand rather than putting all their efforts into fixing what they already have? It is disgraceful, and IMO doesn't put them far from many casinos in the rogue put.

    I requested a withdrawal in the early hours of last Saturday and by 730am it had been processed. By 8am Monday it was already in my Visa account. That would be impressive even for the high scoring accredited casino's. :thumbsup:
