Playing in a restricted US state. Possible to win?

I predict many years from now the federal government will somehow legalize, regulate and tax online gambling. Until then people like me and many others residing in the banned states just can't play.
Hope your prediction is right.
One thing, If you live in a restricted state, you can play, just your chances of getting paid for a big win are very very close to zero.

brkdbank, your link is correct, BUT you can still play in the casino. You can't and they won't allow you to place bets through their site. I guess I misread the topic for this thread, SORRY! I thought this person wanted a casino they could play in...

when i tried to register at intertops ,after completing the form, when i hit the complete button i was directed to a page that states they dont accept players from my jurisdiction. that is true for other mg's as well. they wont even allow the registraton.

Intertops used to accept new casino players (after UIGEA I think) but then changed their policy on this.
When I started to promote them (Dec 2007) this was one of the first questions I asked and I was told quite categorically that they will not take players from those 11 states.
However, I believe players who registered before their change in policy may still be able to play the casino, but I suggest you keep very quite about it! :eek2:

Regarding other softwares, I can't see where lots0 is coming from. I admit I don't regularly check PAB's or complaints, but I don't recall ever seeing any issue of non-payment from an accredited casino just based on the players state of residence. Maybe Max or CM could advise on this...?
