Hey guys can anyone tell me how bad these f****** are at paying out, a customer has contacted me as he has had to send his id like 5 times now and still has not been payed out!!! Play2Win casino is so poor its unreal they should be banned from operating period as this is not the 1st complaint from customers!!!

Ok why don't you first try posting this in the correct forum.

Next you haven't stated exactly what you're problem is or what happened **don't do it here do it in the correct forum**. You stated "a customer has contacted me." So is this their complaint or yours? **don't answer here answer in the correct forum**. They aren't a rogue casino and might have a rep listed here. However I refuse to link any info to you in regards to how to go about handling this matter as you seem to not have done any leg work yourself **reading here, and posting a half way intelligent post in the correct forum**.

You should tell him or her to inquire for his/her self.

By going through you and then here it is a fourth party situation and nothing ever gets solved that way.

No worries. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one wondering if he/she is talking about him/her(self) or his/her friend.
