Hi guys,

Active member but haven't really posted so please forgive me if this is in the wrong section of the forum.

I played at Bet365 last Monday, 26th May and was playing a new game, "Bloodaxe", I was playing with a £1.50 stake and was awarded bonus which then would not load. I reloaded to find the game was no longer available on the site. Reported on chat along with game ID, to be told the game was removed for review - I have contacted Bet365 on various occasions since then but I am no further forward and keep being told that it is being dealt with the appropriate department with no updates available.

I was playing on Mr Vegas on Monday 3rd June, playing yet another new game, "Year of Olympia", and yet again had issues. Played 20 spins, with a total of £90 odd pounds won and on the 21st spin the bonus stuck. Again, keep being told on chat that it's with the appropriate department and being dealt with but no update available.

With both of these I have done the usual, reload game, clear cache and cookies etc to no avail. I have only ever had this issue of a stuck bonus round happen to me once in all my years of online gambling.

My question - what is a reasonable amount of time to allow them to come back to me with a solution? Has anyone been in a similar position?

I had a bonus and when it completed the winnings werent added. They had to get the game developer involved. I imagine same here so youll have to give them some time. I would say a week wouldnt be suprising.

I understand they will probably have to get them involved, but surely they deal with this sort of thing regular Nd should have a rough timescale?

I come across this attitude quite often. Of course, there should be time limits for consideration. But recently the casino has not announced them. The favorite answer for dishonest operators has become the phrase: << As soon as ...... >> .
As soon as we receive an answer to your question, we will immediately inform you about it. And this << As soon as ...... >> . can last for weeks or even months
