I recently won a considerable amount of money on Planet 7. It was great! I thought then. It was very surreal. I was playing Cleopatras' Gold. Had hit a couple times. Boosted my bet to $50 bucks a spin....then hit the 15 free spin feature, which triples the bet. Before the 15 free rolls were up....there it was.....5 pyramids!!!! It took what seemed like forever for the winning numbers to stop spooling up. I don't remember the final number, and forgot to take a screen shot. But I know it was well over $97,000.00. I felt incredible! I woke one of my daughters up around $65,000.00 and then the next one at about $79,000.00. Then I just sat there and watched until it was finished. I thought OMG! Life just got a whole bunch better.

That was August 20th.

Since then, I have gotten nothing but send this document in....you need to be patient....now send us this.....you supplied the wrong information....we won't do that because obviously there is a problem with your bank....open a bitcoin account and we will send it....we traced that....you need an international bank....you sent the wrong information....now they have simply stopped responding.

I sent the rep a PM and she won't even respond. I am beyond frustrated. I am tired of dealing with the rude and condescending people that work there.

I really don't know what to do at this point. I can't give up the fight. It's too much money to walk away from. I have gone through way too my lately. I don't want to whine about my life. You really don't want to hear any of that. Just know that the last year has been one I never want to even come close to having to live through again.

Any suggestions at this point? I could use some help.

Thanks for reading! God Bless!

Lot of bad reviews and complaints about them all over the web..

In my opinion, i do not think there going to pay, even if you win was 100% legit.

Ya, was on my money, no bonus. Everythings been approved. But they have trained their people well in Stall tactics 101.

I seriously hope you are wrong. Like I said, that's simply too much money to walk away from.

They've had a chequered history, owned and promoted by rogues in the past. They were I believe part of Virtual and were pitted, then removed etc. and placed in the reservation. Max has dealt with a few PABs with them and Silver Oak their sister site IIRC since they went 'clean' in 2015.

I suggest you try a PAB. Personally the amount you've won is more than enough IMO for them to abandon this new leaf they've turned. They aren't quick payers anyway, 14 days to a month but I'm telling you now they wouldn't pay this amount in one hit, it'd be broken up monthly.

This would be a real test of their new face. I ain't hopeful I reckon there's more chance of Hillary going down on Donald during their last TV debate than you getting this money.

You may get a payment or two if Max intervenes but just lose the expectation, be realistic and if you get an instalment or 2 be grateful. Your win is a liability they don't want. I am not sure if this is Rival or RTG but I know in the past the software people have intervened due to the bad reputation they were getting from casinos they license their games to. Maybe that's an avenue to explore.

I hope you get something from this lot, I really do.

.

Now, that isn't encouraging. LOL!

But thanks for the laugh. Helped lift my spirits a bit.

If you signed up only today and PMd the rep, you ought to give the person a chance to respond. Ragging on them in public won't do you any favors. We have a direct line of communication with this casino, so I would suggest submitting a complaint here:

Please read the FAQs, especially the part about not posting in the public fora about your issue until it's resolved. Thanks!

I sent a PM last night. The rep has been on since then. Figured they would have read their messages. I apologize if I am wrong.

I am more "ragging" as you put it, on the casino, not the rep. I just thought they would have responded.

My bad. Sorry.

What is encouraging though is what Bryan says, apparently they have an active rep as part of their 'rehabilitation' into CM. I have read in another thread (search 'planet7 here top right) that Max has resolved a few cases with these 2 casinos not too long back. That is a good sign, although personally I guess these resolutions involved issues of less magnitude than yours.

Some reps are quick some aren't - I would say allow until the weekend which is 3 or 4 working days. In a case like this the rep may have to get permission from above to respond or establish the parameters for their reply so don't read too much into the fact they've not replied but have been in today - although a courtesy acknowledgement wouldn't go amiss!. If there's radio silence come Monday say then raise a PAB here;

Link Outdated / Removed

and see if Max can elicit a response.

As soon as you've raised a PAB you can't comment on it other than banal stuff like 'it's still in progress' if anybody asks. This discussion is effectively closed to you although other members will probably chip in with their opinions....

Good luck with it - if your story is 100% then you should be paid 100%.

cross your fingers.....

Heard from the rep. You were right, patience is a virtue. I apologize that I have had none as of late. It has been a long two months.

We'll see what the total outcome is. I will keep you posted.

Thank you for your help and suggestions.

The rep may have replied.....but my issues have yet to be resolved.

Heard from the rep once. And not again since.

still have pending issues. still hoping this all turns out in my favor.

Well the thread states 'resolved' so I assume you've been paid OK?

Nope. Don't know why it says "Resolved".

3 possibilities:

1. You were paid (nope!)
2. The 'resolved' refers to the fact you bemoaned radio silence and now the rep has got in touch.
3. You were exposed as a vexatious complainant/fraudster and the casino is in the right. (Nope! or you'd have been booted from the forum.)

So I assume that it means the rep is now dealing with you.:)

Rep contacted me once, promising to be handling things today. But nothing since then. So, I suppose, technically, the rep not responding issue has been handled. Not holding my breath, however. would certainly be bluer than I am now.

Stress is a killer. Time to go jump on my Harley and try to forget about all of this for the moment. Only thing I can do.

Sarah.

Max has stepped out for the evening, and I am unaware of anything that has resolved this issue. So to alleviate the stressed caused, I've renamed this thread to something more appropriate. I'm sure by tomorrow we should have more info - no worries.

My apologies. I read the above, scanned the opening post, understood that the primary issue was problems getting in contact with the rep. Since the above made it clear that exactly that was now happening I thought "happy days!" and flipped the "Resolved" thing on. My mistake.

@ sft2dtch : I'll second the advice given to you by Casinomeister above, file a PAB ASAP. Please be sure to read and understand the PAB FAQ before you proceed.

That said I have to say that recently comms with the Virtual/Ace Revenue people has been very dodgy indeed. We now have several issues related to that group, and Planet7 in particular, on the table and precious little is happening (from their end) to get things cleared away. Not good! :axeman:

Shit. Sorry to hear that on behalf of the OP. Just when there was a chink of light. I fear they may consider the disputed amount to be worth more than redemption at CM. When push comes to shove dodgy groups will act to retain money, not pay it except in one or two token smaller cases that they may consider to be a price worth paying when it suits them, to maintain a façade.

Yes Sir, I filed the PAB. Just waiting. And I sent another message (or two) to the rep as well. And as I said.....just waiting. It's really taking it's toll on me though I have to say. I just can't believe that there is a possibility that I won't see that money. The thought of that makes me sick. I really hope that something can be worked out. I had such plans and made moves already based on the fact that I had won that money. Never did I imagine that the casino wouldn't pay me. Silly me....here I was thinking that they were all under the control of someone. So how could I get ripped off?

Like I said, the thought of not getting that, after moving the entire family from California to Florida, partially based on that win.....well, Don't know how I'm going to buy that house I wanted......the level of stress this is causing is off the charts,

But thank you for everything.

I will remain positive. That's about all I can do right now

Sarah

Yes Sir, I filed the PAB. ...

Really? I'm the PAB guy and I haven't seen anything come through.

So you've read the PAB FAQ? Followed the link through to the PAB submission form -- Link Outdated / Removed -- and filled in your details?

Please confirm.

Will those waiting to say "I told you so!" please form an orderly line...

Yeah, well, one glitch in two+ years isn't a cause for axes and pitchforks quite yet IMO. If they get back on top of this quickly I'll be happy enough to shrug it off. If.
