Planet7 is a joke... I have one from them multiple times large amounts as well as deposited with them multiple multiple times. And every single time for some reason it is taking them months and months to finally send me my payout. And everytime I call they just give me the runaround. So gets me to wondering is a casino that hard up for money they can't pay me my measly $400 I win randomly. And Lord knows how much money I spent in that place anyways. If you are in the US, and not in NJ, Delaware, or NV - then you should be aware that most casinos accepting US bets will have issues getting your winnings to you. They will pay (well, most anyway ), but the length of time may be weeks.

This group have been operating like this for more than a decade - they deliberately string-out withdrawals in the hope players will get fed up waiting and lose their winnings back to the casino. Even when they were removed from the Rogue section here, they admitted their standard cash-out time is 3-4 weeks!

Posting here to try to shame them will have no effect at all - they don't give a toss.

There are dozens of far better and highly reputable casinos for USA players to use, who pay cash-outs in hours or a few days, not weeks or months. Time to look for a new place to play methinks.
