But you can hardly say he is not alone in his plight. The casino is part of Entain group along with Ladbrokes and Coral etc.

And to be honest they may have their faults but you can not imply that many players are all struggling to win at the group and to play at a better casino to have a better chance of winning. Frankly that's actually rubbish as tho there are faults the casinos play fair and in no way are they rigged and for a UK player its one of the safer options.

Also they're expecting behaviour that doesn't necessarily exist in megaways slots - you're playing for the "one big hit", so extra scatters gives you extra chances but doesn't guarantee you anything.

Blueprint - as with a lot of providers, including BTG themselves - have been a bit hit-and-miss with the megaways engine, some games (like Ted) are very much more of the same, others like Primal add unique twists (e.g. bonus guarantee awards a retrigger) that can result in a much more appealing and enjoyable game.

I remember once getting some £2 spins on Bonanza (much higher than I normally play, but was from a promotion), actually triggered the bonus (which is pretty rare) and only got money back... for a bonus worth nearly 100x that is shocking, but ultimately that's the design of the game.

Hey @paul7388 you're right, my phrasing was off which is why I edited it a few minutes after posting it However, I pointed out our Gala Casino review to show that we already have our reasons not to recommend this specific casino to our players, I didn't mean to imply anything about the rest of the group.

Could be a low RTP setting, or you need to cash out when you're ahead - I don't know. But the bottom line is that you don't seem happy with your experiences at Gala Casino, so I would recommend to stop playing there and save you some grief - and cash.

Look, I know it's gambling and a 'random number generator' but when it gets to the point where I have not made a single withdrawal in over 5 months because I lose every single time you have to start questioning whether its a scam. Easy mate, It's not just Ted I play, I have focused on that game specifically because it is by far the worst but I lose whatever game I play. It's not very cool to threaten somebody with suspension just because I'm exposing how rigged a casino is with a few threads, but fine. I'm going to leave anyway.

seems to be a growing theme with this casino of them robbing people blind...just look at the reviews saying similar of incredibly low bonus returns, dead spins, and being virtually impossible to win a penny. It's honestly disgusting and by saying its randomly generated is a pure lie. Unless a fair few of the reviews are pointing at the same specific problem(s), you can't realy rely on them. Those that win are generally thinking of Vegas and the fooking Mirage, rather than writing a review of how lucky they were. And those that lose, well, theirs a damn lot more of them and some of them need to vent.

they are the same specific problems. I just came across them. Most, if not all, are complaining about the very low returns, especially on bonus features and the fact that you cannot win any money on there. I can vouch for that by my account which I have already posted a screenshot to show that I have never won a penny in 5 months of being a member there. It's honestly disgraceful. I get that some people want to moan if they don't win but I was suspicious when I saw how bad my account was and when I found that review site to see over 200 people complaining of the same thing I am now 100% certain it is a criminal organisation designed as a casino to take peoples money.
